You forgot to charge the raptors for the worker they killed in the opening of the movie, it’s stated by the lawyer that he DID die and his family was upset
The craziest part of all of this is that you can put the dinosaurs in prison and when they die, just make a clone of that exact animal and they can serve another life sentence over and over
Why isn't John Hammond charged in the first and second movies? He actively puts others in danger (Including his grandchildren) in danger due to his negligence and had he spared the expense to have failsafe generators for the animal enclosures the whole ordeal wouldn't have happened
Because John Hammond in the film is really quite naive? If you listen when he talks in the first film, he has a rather childish point of view when it comes to dinosaurs and Jurassic Park. Just like a dinosaur crazy kid who wants to show you his latest dinosaur toy and give you information about everything he knows about the dinosaur. Plus he invited the grandkids because he thought the park WAS SAFE, again due to his naivety. In film 2, he has little time left, due to his illness. And it was probably not his fault that Sara, Malcom's girlfriend, was already on the island. She knew Malcom wouldn't come if she didn't go to the island first.
10000% he’s actually worse then ppl we even think! Take account there’s only 1 reason anybody is there on that island in the 1st place. It’s hidden plain sight, disguise behind Nedry’s alleged “greed” we ignore John’s more compelled to bribed absolute, total strangers that have just about same amount clue about Geoffrey as Tim & Lex’s mom do. And for a man who seem disabled, he sure made it out that chopper pretty quick to con Alan & Elie with their own bottle (after a b&e of course) ….”I can see that 50k a year has been well spent!” 😒😒😒 on what? Did u see that computer they were using? U know what they were using as ultrasound? Sorry not Sorry…go ahead flush down this theory John, some naive pioneer of life & imagination, a revolutionist of science/preservation. Only thing he has ever tried to save was his OWN ass. Which probably the reason we were introduced to it before we saw his face 🤔
@@irisravenhild9060u mean the same park he elected not to tell the visitors about what happened to a trained professional, surrounded by other trained professionals with weapons, while the animal was still in its cage? I’m sure that may have been point of contention, explaining a contract extension for a people’s idea of an ultrasound is shotgun & a cardboard visor opposed to….an individual operating the entire park from one room, debugging 2million line of code & network 8 connection machines? This is $20mil lawsuit from death of an employee….and he invited some kids & a hurricane
The idea of something trying to put handcuffs on a T-Rex due to the crimes of being an animal, but not being able to put them on it is such a funny image in my head.
"We're looking into the horrific crimes in a world where dinosaurs exist. There's all sorts of greedy plots of trafficking animals, and attempted murder of even children. Where should we start?" "Well, there was a scene where a slice of pie was ruined."
The Tyrannosaurus Rex is the franchise’s main mascot so the Spinosaurus would be charged with regicide and usurping the throne which would give the Spino another death sentence
My issue was, Rex should've won as he had the first bite on the neck but the producers were like "Yeah, no. We want the Spino as the main baddy this this".
Nice Video of all the Jurassic Park Movie villains and the crimes they committed and nice job explaining the details of the crimes that these characters committed and why they would do such things like those. Great work and keep up the great work and Life Definitely Finds A Way.
Nedry: You forgot to mention Sabotage, child endangerment, Trespassing, and (for the possibility of running over a now endangered animal) Animal Abuse. The Raptors: How are you going to sentence an endangered species? Peter: Spot On Buck: Good f*cking luck with him, Same problem with the raptors, only even more endangered. Stark: Spot on Pteranodons: They are still endangered, Bro. Spinosaurus: You know Dinosaurs can't go to jail, right? Kirby: True, but you could have added a few more negligence with the yest of the crap the team went through in that horrible movie.
Canonically the crew of the SS Venture were killed by the Buck as it happened mid voyage, idk the full details but it basically at somepoint woke up and killed the crew, during which it got locked into the cargo hold.
That's what I used to think, but what actually happened was that the buck got out of the cargo hold mid voyage and started killing the crew but was forced back into it shortly before the person controlling the button died.
Funny story about Nedry. When Jurassic World was announced I thought it was set in an alternate timeline in which Nedry got caught before his plans was executed, and Jurassic Park was a huge success that it upgraded years later as Jurassic World.
That's not self defense, that’s defending your child. But when you let your child eat a defenseless man and you just stand encouraging him, that’s murder or negligence.
😂 I actually laughed out loud when I realized the dinosaurs were also on trial! 😂 There should have been a heck of a lot of assault charges, here, but those are less interesting. One thing, the bull Rex didn't kill Ludlow, the baby did. The bull was more of an accessory to the crime, or a conspirator. 👍 Anyway, this was really fun! Thanks so much for sharing. ❤ PS: the spinosaurus should have been charged with murdering the Rex, as well as the franchise. 🤷♀️
Your Honor, I demand you let my client, one Tyrannosaur Buck, to be released from custody and have his sentence revoked on the grounds that most of his actions were in the pursuit of his own, and his family's safety, and even when he wasn't actively protecting his rights, he was unwillingly drugged by the members of the SS Venture, as such he cannot be charged for actions beyond his control.
I like that Rexy wasn't in the lineup of villains for JP1. She really wasn't a villain from a narrative perspective, and despite having a body count of 1, many more attempted, and lots of property damage, the raptors really did outdo her in that regard.
The t-rex buck didn't kill the people on the ship. If you read the movie script, it was actually a raptor He wouldn't be able to kill them from within the ship's cabin. He was also still very much trapped in the lower bridge.
Can you really charge the dinosaurs? They do what they naturally do… yeah the raptors and Tyrannosaurus could be classified as man eaters but they do what they do naturally…I would charge Dr Heaney Whu as he directly created these creatures heck you could also charge John Hammond as he spear headed the creation of the park and it’s Dinos even funded the creations
For the _Jurassic Park_ raptors’ section, you forgot the Big One eating the worker at the beginning of the movie and killing most of the other raptors.
You might have mis calculated robert muldoon death, technically the velociraptor who killed robert was probably in fact protecting the other raptor in danger
It was The Big One and she set it up as a trap, also she is not the tipe that "protects her pack" (I say this because it was stated in the movie that she eliminated permanently all the other raptors minus two).
@LuigiDeblasio-wh9yd Character evidence usually doesn't fly, but it would work because it's relevant to the fact that she did use here own pack member as bait.
I have always wondered how did the trex kill the crew because there is no way the trex could have eaten the guy steering the ship because one he was stuck and two the space is for too tiny for the trex
@@PolarBear-j3q tell that to all the nutjobs in the comments anthropomorphizing them into being "guilty" because they don't understand the concept of comedy.
Charging animals for their crimes is nuts. If you’re going to be consistent, you have to also charge the T. rex from the first film and the Doe from the second film. The Doe is who is chasing after the hunter group. Roland tranqs the Buck who stayed back at the camp. The Spinosaurus kills the guys on the boat at the start of JP3. It can’t be the Pteranodons as they haven’t escaped the bird cage at that point in the film and the Spinosaurus demonstrates it’s swimming ability and propensity for attacking boats. But these are all moot points, because dinosaurs lack malicious intent to commit crimes. The destruction caused by them, however, should be on the onus of inGen, as inGen owns the dinosaurs. For this reason, inGen isn’t engaging in poaching. Let’s say you own a dog, but it’s at someone else’s house. You go to their house to collect your dog. That’s exactly what inGen are doing. If anything, those exploits should be considered animal cruelty due to the capture techniques.
if jurassic world dominion characters were charged for theyre crimes giga why is he in my court room he didnt do anything rexy: he stole my goat ok well animals be animals idk what you want me to say NOT GUILTY
Technically the Buck T-rex shouldn't be charged with ludlows death since he was just teaching his kid to hunt its natural for predators to teach their young to hunt
Two things: First off, when I started watching your videos maybe a year ago, I was like “What about JP Dinos and villains?” So I did it myself but this one is wayyyy more accurate, I’m sure. Secondly, what about Joffrey Brown? He was killed while releasing the raptor into his pen.
22:34 Ok I'm just gonna defend The spinosaurus here 1. Spino lost his son to cooper so he had a reason to choose violence. 2. I'm Spino's lawyer here so I'm defending my client.
I hate to sound like this lol you probably made a mistake but the big was wrongly charged for stepping on the Mexican and snatching up burke . His wife did that lol (doe) meanwhile he was getting captured . Mybad I like the vid tho .
Honestly there some charge that shouldn’t have went with buck the boat cause he was captured and taken from his home which shouldn’t be a crime cause well he feel threatened and the last one where he let his kids kill but he was there cause his kid was somewhat threatened by Peter just saying
You can’t press charges against these animals! It’s normal for raptors to hunt. It isn’t a crime. Tyrannosaurus rex Buck is just trying to look for his child. And finally, the spinosaurus and pteranodons attacked because people were trespassing in their homes.
@@TheMovieCourtroom I humbly request Star Wars to throw off any “kid show” stereotypes. I’d love to see Dooku, Grievous, Ventress, and Savage. It should be interesting because Dooku once ordered genocide, so…
