Anime is one of those "That sounds goofy" kinds of things, but you will be proven it's art if given a solid attempt in watching. More importantly, it's entertainment in it's purest form. Once you find that show for you 👌👌its addicting
thats actually very true, i always saw people who judge anime a lot and i told myself well if so many people clown on it then it must be bad right? i gave it a chance with naruto (i know not the best to start with) it was good, i took a break and came back to watching, and now i cant stop, from the time i started watching one punch man, i then watched jujutsu kaisen and then death note and now im following solo leveling and i started demon slayer, i just cant stop, its so good and i have yet to discover more, if you have any suggestions of animes please im open to any.
@@ThundererR64T It's one of the shows a lot of people recommend, so you might have already seen it. But if you haven't, check out "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood". This one has such a solid story, with some of the most memorable characters I've seen in anime yet. Purely subjective though, I always recommend this one to new anime watchers!
@@shoon3032 alr i was considering watching it but lots of people said its very good but some people said its bad so i couldnt know but now that u say it i'll check it out after finishing demon slayer probably
@@ThundererR64Ti love seeing this comment, genuinely because I was the same way. My personal favorite is attack on titan, it’s incredibly and i highly recommend. Other insanely good ones are 86, Vinland saga, mob psycho, hunter x hunter, full metal alchemist brotherhood and honestly the list just goes on. The ones you’ve watched so far are all incredible in their own right but you have yet to experience some of the best shows of all time (in my opinion at least). Man you’re in for a ride, i wish i could go back and watch those shows for the first time
This is really just a trailer for Shounen anime, specifically. Cowboy Bebop & Tokyo Ghoul are exceptions, but they’re a small percentage here & the clips showed still fit a Shounen vibe. It’s still incredibly hype & well made, and most other genres probably wouldn’t fit with this compilation anyway (except for some more Seinen like Berserk or Vinland Saga)….but it’s truly remarkable how much richness & diversity there is to the art form. From Miyazaki to Hosoda to Shinkai, Josei/Shouju, music anime, sports anime, slice of life, romance, horror, comedy….there isn’t an aspect of the human experience that hasn’t been tackled by at least some anime, at some point. I love it, and I love this video (despite my pedantry lol)
That transition from Levi to Tanjiro is pure GOLD🔥 I first saw this long ago and rewatched it just now and damn, the shivers... Thank you for showing the world what an amazing rollercoaster of emotions the world of anime has to offer❤🔥
people on the "outside" only think its about the stereotype. in the same why people think furry is only about the stereotype. but there is so much more that people miss and don't understand and thus they fail to see how far they would fall into it if they took the time to really see what there is. there is a lot of depth to anime that simple does not exist in most "Hollywood" productions. End Game was fantastic but for anime, that sort of intense scale happens all the time, people just dont stick around long enough to see it.
@@dark_ruby7189 Most anime: *intense fighting* Slice of life anime: *intense mood lighting* Death note: *intense writing* Demons in demon slayer: *intense biting*
In my seventh grade social studies class we were starting our Asia unit and our teacher was giving us like a brief synopsis of the unit and said something along the lines of “we’ll be going over things like the Mongol Empire and the dynasties of China and art and anime in Japan (etc.)” just then I hear someone go “Anime is cringe!” And my teacher says, “no, anime is an art form.” And I have NEVER had so much respect for a teacher as I did just then.
When I started getting into reading after a major back surgery just after high school, I was suddenly completely hooked. It wasn’t physical novels that drew me in though. No, it was archive of our own, fanfiction, Royal road, questionable questing and Spacebattles. All these different websites had so many amazing stories that I couldn’t stop reading about. I understood the thrill of them all, because most were based on worlds I’d seen through anime. 2 years into my recovery I no-longer feared life ending too soon. Because I’d already lived thousands of lives and it was beautiful. For the first time in my life, I felt content.
If i had the power I would have shown this to each and every person out there who says that anime is not exciting and beautiful, you can feel an entire plethora of emotions even when you are watching shounen😩😩
@@kartikchauhan2778 Anime is just like any other form of entertainment like web series movies or what not, it depends on the people if they want to enjoy it for a short period if their time or longer 😅 and moreover I didn't mean it regarding the time consumption or productivity, I just meant that I have heard people disregarding anime as a form of entertainment like web series and all (still considering it as a child's show or cartoon) and that is so not true
I am so glad that scene from demon slayer of Zenitsu is added into this, he’s just one character but I feel like him, and that specific scene are such an important moment in anime history
i started watching anime this past summer, so like 6 months ago, and i started my 3rd anime this week. ive seen jjk and death note, and now im watching AOT. i used to never understand the hype with anime; i thought it was cringy or for kids. but, as a 16 year old, ive realized its not for children. finding your fav genre may take time, but anime itself is worth it and i can't wait to expand my anime library
Many of the arguably newer ones are pretty good, like Demon Slayer, Black Clover or Moonlit Fantasy for example but there is a reason for people to say old but gold, Hunter x hunter is one of those and in the original Dragonballs anime there is a scene where Goku, who's up to this point only ever lived in the woods either with his granpa or alone claps Bulmas crotch and freaks out that she's got no balls. That scene was peak comedy. Also one of the best anime out there is Danmachi and it's got three and a half seasons right now. I strongly recomend to check that one out. Of course if you got a lot of time One Piece, Bleach and Naruto and definitely Fairy Tail are also worth investing it in. After a couple of years you will probably run out of anime to regulary watch and at that point check out Manga, Manhwa and Manhua since there are so many awesome storys out there (Solo Leveling is a got one to start in my opinion, altho they are releasing an anime adaption for that one so fingers crossed it doesn't suck)
@@subaida-fy1sm well I really liked it and it was definetly worth watching but I never watched the ending altho I know what happens. I never watched the ending cause they released like 10 final seasons (which turned out to be 2-3 episodes) with what felt like 2-3 years of a timegap inbetween and at that point I just boycotted it. Not for story or quality reason but for release reasons. It's all released now tho so you can binge it all if you want. There's a couple of really good twists and wtf moments in the plot and the artstyle is really nice too, very visual. In the last season when you find out what/who set the whole thing in motion is quite a genius mindfuck but also makes sense in a lot of ways. Action scenes are very well done altho MC usually doesn't contribute much to the exceptionally good ones. So all in all I would definetly recommend it (since it's finished now). Sry for the long reply
I don't know why, but I've seen this video a million times and every time I see on my fyp I always watch it again. Like this is the only video I do that with. Is it just me or does anyone else relate?
I personally think The more accurate title of this video would be: "If Shounen anime had a trailer" Because I don't see any other Anime genres except for shounen or seinen here
More shonen BATTLE anime trailers. There should have been a clip where doppio talks into the cigarette with the serious face. But other than that, great vid
This is a masterpiece but I think the accurate title would be: "If shounen anime had a trailer" since there is a lot of action and fighting which fits the shounen genre
Attack on titan is officially a shounen, but honestly speaking, the kind of themes it portrays are clearly way above shounen. I'd say it's original genre currently, is probably seinen
Would've preferred it to be called "If Shounen had a trailer", considering any other genre is neglected here, but hey, the content is decent and well done, so, I shouldn't complain!
yh but everyone prolly started off with a shounen as it is more likely to get hooked. And then u realise there is more and branch out. So if i wanna make someone an anime viewer this is the perfect trailer tbh
This is too good someone needs to employ you to make these trailers even those animies that are underrated might end up bejng watched bacause of your trailer
@@zulqarnaynbinanowar I've been watching since early 2000s with dragonball, sailor moon, inuyasha beyblade, yugioh, pokemon, naruto, one piece, bleach and more and then later a lot of the newer ones

i wouldn't watch anime if i saw this just shows what people who dont watch anime think anime is people punching each other with power blasts if i were to make this video id include the evolution of anime from generations including anime like akira, gurren langan, cowboy bepop, spirited away, my neighbor totoro, aot(all of these changed how anime is made one way or another) most of these on the list are popular anime or cool scenes from mediocre anime
i like how if a person didnt know what anime was and saw this, they would see intense fight scenes and interesting looking characters and then it just cuts to a highschooler frantically writing in a note book with swag
No one stands and talks with straight faces after a fight. Thats the problem with anime. Everything else is good, but seein how enemies and their adversaries argue like its a fucking sitcom is kinda cringe. Still good tho.
That Levi clip is probably the sickest scene in the entire show. The spiral ODM gear shot as he’s dodging bullets fast as possible is always so sick to see
The whole anime and manga itself it goatee like every fight scene in the anime is so goated in both epic ness and animation!from a person who red the manga:)
I feel like the artists and creators of anime are too undervalued and underappreciated. The fact they can create beautiful work like shown in this is astounding.
@Shapp Okay? Im not talking about the art.. Im talking about the ARTISTS. The art is still under-appreciated too though. Liking the art style isnt really just appreciating it but yeah sure youre right? Dont know what youre doing replying to a month old comment
