the last one is very bad but i already spent too much time on it rendering and my laptop couldnt handle anymore sry all music by Jose Pavli models and voice lines from Project Wingman
Ace Combat had three types of aces: Mercenary, Soldier and Knight. -AND HE WHO WAS A TRUE ACE- What would be the equivalents for the Project Wingman universe?
@@Leadblastit’s actually the same concept, you can even keep the first two levels. You have Soldier, Mercenary, and *Environmental Terrorist*. I’ll let you guess which one Crimson 1 is
One tiny detail I love. At kings crimson 1 has no allegiance at this point. He is crimson 1, and that’s all history will remember him as. So that’s all he gets for his title
Not exactly true. In game, Crimson Squadron starts with 8 planes and ends with 8 planes. Such as in missions 6 (Machine of the Mantle), 11 (Cold War), and 18 (Return).
He is a professional ace who sell his soul to the Federation so his home is safe, but constant defeat and being put down by a mere sellsword to the point losing almost everything including his home made Crimson 1 broken and the only thing that can sustain his sanity is by defeating Monarch.
The AC:0 Squadron patch introduction format is just perfect. Feel like every squadron in any kind of media should use it. It's simply to cool to pass up
I'm not gonna lie, I actually love how the camera pans over to the back of C1 in the last one as if it's the player aircraft, since C1 is basically an AC protag himself.
at the end of the day, Dip was right, he'd have come out on top if he would just shut up, then he'd fully become an AC protagonist, therefore invincible

This is so fucking cool. I always thought PW's boss fights were awesome but we're significantly needing the intro cutscenes to make it even more badass. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
Ok, I noticed one small thing to correct (if possible): in the third intro, the subtitles say it is Crimson 3 talking when it is in fact Crimson 5. This is actually correct in the second one though
I want to add as well. The 4th cutscene where Crimson is in PW MK 1, there's a split second where an antenna (I believe it should be a building) passes quickly in front of Crimson 1 ruining the illusion of scale or wing clipping into the building.
I seriously want all but the last one in the game. Beautifully done. Wish all the other bosses had intros. Only reason I don't want the last one is no intro for the fight just hits the right way. Just you and Crimson, and he needs no introductions at that point. And the simple "Caution Crimson" warning triggers just the right nerves as the music rolls in.
These all look great, but the Cold War one especially. Starting with the pan across to the insignia, showing off the reinforcements then ending with the zoom in on Crimson One as the fight begins. Pristine.
I really wish this style of intro was used for bosses in PW, just so I could see what the SP-34R and the PW-Mk.I actually looked like before unlocking them in the hangar. All I could see in combat are little silhouettes.
"IF units in the area aren't in a position to help you out. I'm sorry." Hitman-Team: "Nah, we are fine. Right Hitman-1?" Monarch: *nightmare on wings is already engaging*

A minor nitpick that I hear is that Crimson 1’s plane is supposed to be the VX-23, but he’s seen flying the Sk.37. But in the mission Return, Crimson 1’s plane is determined by the last crimson plane you shoot down because of Project Wingman’s pacing. Personally, I don’t mind if he flies the Sk.37 since many of the Enemy Aces in Ace Combat fly Sukhois and I know it’s not always the case, but you know what I mean.
According to the first DLC mission in Frontline 59 (Currently PS5 only at the moment), Crimson pilots 1, 5, and 7 use the SK-37 when retreating back into federation space. So at least for missions Cold war and Bottom of the Barrel, the SK-37 is his canon plane.
Masterpiece! May I use some clips in this video in my project wingman animation? I will put your name and the original link in the credit and description.
Looking at the official Project Wingman wiki, yes Crimson 1's official fighter is the VX-23 not the -SK-27- SK-37 (Decimator). However due to Project Wingman not being as complex as Ace Combat, Crimson 1 is coded to be one of the surviving planed of in the case of mission 18 'The Return', he's the last plane shot down. Which could be the VX-23 or the -SK-27- SK-37. But yes you are correct, his plane should be the VX-23.
@@marrqi7wini54 It's Sk.37, not 27. But yeah, he's always the last one to be shot down and it's usually a 37 for my playthroughs since they're more maneuverable and harder to shoot down.
@@exxige Don't get me wrong, the SK is very pretty. But the VX just looks more threatening. In the end it isn't really anything worth remake the video if you don't want to. But that does lead to a question. Crosstalk Squadron Professional Intercept Squadron Frost 1 and 2 One day or not?
*SK-37 & VX-23 Also look closely, he did get that right. The only thing that was off is that Crimson 1 uses the VX-23, not the SK-37. Otherwise it's pretty accurate.
The video isn't that long. But if you want to know the songs used, here's the following. Peacekeeper 1 + intro A and B respectively Peacekeeper 2 + intro Kings All from project wingman.
