i dont know the story but if she took money from you - you can set it up so she is arrested as soon as she returns to kenya via airport or border crossing - you can also alert the immigration authorities of the country which she is currently visiting - there is a lot you can do to make sure she also feels the pain she caused you - its not over - as long as you have documentation proof
