I forgot to include unlawful imprisonment when listing off the charges for MX at the end, but just know he is convicted of unlawful imprisonment regardless
The only ones that arent gonna be in prison are Promotion Mario, Alone Luigi, Day Out Luigi, Chris Pratt, L is real luigi (Thalassophobia), And possibly the unbeatable gang and DJ Hallyboo since The unbeatable gang didnt Attempt to do anything to BF nor kidnapped them and DJ Hallyboo was just trying to do his Job. Reasoning for arrest of some characters that I removed from the list: Stanley: Have Destroyed multiple AI, which prob counts as Murder. L is Real Luigi (Abandoned): Attempt of Murder by trying to drown BF. Grandad and Somari: Identity Theft. Super Bad Mario: Have Done Many harmful things, as well as owning possibly thousands of Poisonous Mushrooms.
You could also charge horror mario for attempted intoxication due to the poison mushrooms in it's a me, arson for the fire in starman slaughter (you could argue it doesn't count since it's his world, however the presence of horror peach means that it's still her kingdom), incitation to suicide and another death threat for his lyrics in all stars act 3, also if we assume that the chorus in act 4 are his past victims singing then you could give him a few more murder charges
Damb I forgot a lot of things I feel stupid. I didn't count the fire in starman slaughter because I thought it was already there to begin with and I didn't think mario caused it. The mushrooms make sense and I feel stupid for forgetting those.

Actually, considering M got 90 years AND a death sentence, I think these two just could cancel out each other, as 90 years is more or less a life, meaning M is left with 4 life sentences. But MX having like fucking 9 AND 19 years on top of that is goddamn impressing to me.
Mx would probably have the most sentences bu default because unlike boyfriend appearing in M’s game and him NOW having his eyes aet on boyfriend, MX has premeditated lucas’s deaths we dont even know how many times, so if the murder counts for every time Lucas has died, MX would automatically have the longest sentence of the characters
3:20 you can make the argument that most of the characters willingly got recruited by Horror Mario. The overworld pop up says that they are “Mario’s Fiendish Friends he’s set out to get you”. The fact it states that they are his friends can say a lot abt the context of the situation and how they’re willing to help out Ultra M’s cause. You can also soften the charge of mass slavery and mass extortion as he has spared a few exceptions. Ones I can think of are Chris Pratt, Grand Dad, Somari, and most of the remaining characters in Content Cosmos.
They say fiendish friends but really they all belong to mario himself. As he states when boyfriend is walking down the lane, so extortion and mass slavery are completely justified. Either that or mass brainwashing but it seems likely both are the case
Something I want to mention is that Turmoil has a bigger kill count than most of the MM cast. However he says that it’s all in “self Defense” and for people who “wronged him.” For what he has killed. That’s why Luigi gets off Scott free. Another account of crimes to turmoil is identity theft. He’s Mario but thinks he’s a yoshi and acts like one. How many years would Turmoil get? I know we don’t count whatever’s in other media, but the media immediately ties into the mod for Turmoil .
I’m shocked he didn’t bring up Secret histories Mario considering the whole song is an public execution, he has supposedly been threatening boyfriend before the song started, he kills both of them both when you lose and win, and he uses military grade weapons on unarmed victims
and the fact that The Boyfriend and The Girlfriend somehow survive the ending just to fight the Unbeatables implies that he reanimated them just to torture them further

(You could maybe also count whatever they did to anoy dictator mario? Depends on if it was an actual crime or not I suppose.) I can't think of anymore crimes bf would've committed atleast.
Idk about Starman Slaughter, but add two more first degree murder charges to M, one for the It’s-a-me game over, and the All-Stars game over for GF in act one

Yeah, but the thing is that mario is the one who packaged himself into the box and was mailed to girlfriends house. The among us guy is just a delivery guy with no intention of putting boyfriend and girlfriend at risk

You can probably spin the killing of Horror Peach and Yoshi.exe as self defense. The two tried to kill him, and then tried to kill two more people. M's intentions aside, this probably wouldn't violate the law.
Something to note mr virtual has to kill someone to take over their body in his lore. Since he does this with girlfriend we can assume he has killed her.
Well, if you really think about it: M actually regretted killing BF and GF, because he’s now all alone again, sad and depressed (proof is the mad world without you song). So he wouldn’t even need to get sentenced. His own mind is already tortured for eternity since he is stuck in the cartridge.
i think Mr L should only get 2 life, since in any given playthrough it's *either* an attempted *or* a successful murder against pico, not both same with mx's demise game over. youre double counting that too

Realistically DJ hallyboo likely isn't actually guilty of anything. He's just enforcing the law, I don't think he actually does anything illegal. (That is assuming boyfriend, girlfriend and pico are actually guilty of piracy which seems reasonable) From what I've heard DJ hallyboo actually calls the police in the original series so it's not like we could argue he's the one who imprisoned them. Really the only possible crime I can think of would be being an accomplice to murder in all stars act 4, but this video goes on the assumption that they're all unwillingly helping so I doubt you could even charge him for that.
5:09 if we are being technical, the pow causes shockwaves so we can relate the pow to a machine that causes earthquakes. Although he did have intent to kill BF, i do believe he would have picked a weapon more suitable for the job. His weapon of choice causes more havoc. Herego, I think you replace this charge with "assault with a deadly weapon."
reason with me, using a machine to cause an earthquake is not attempted murder. The only game mechanics that we can out as attempted murderer are ones that the player can dodge or ones that have their own failscreen @@gdsyndrome067

Doesn’t mr L get cannibalism cuz in the game 2 of the deaths he eats Mario and in this mod he eats pico and they’re both human so doesn’t that count as cannibalism
2:32, I don't they confirmed Yoshi's death, I think he's just "down for the count." similar to Mario when he fell. I feel like it should be attempted murder on Yoshi

Technically, the crimes of all the other characters are M's crimes by extension since they are his creations and are implied to be extensions of his being.
Normally I don’t like inclusions of Wiki stuff considering half the time there inaccurate unless the creators of the characters wiki checks and changes things themselves, so I personally wouldn’t take the fact that MX "told Horror Mario/Ultra M" about Girlfriends demonic heritage and powers considering he already knew about them from the first cutscene. The only way I can see you including this as a charge were to be if it were confirmed on the wiki with a link back to a post by one of the people who worked on the mod or Marco Antonio himself.
