I’m gen z, and I wish people would stop making fun of other generations as well as ours. I LOVE vintage stuff and things my parents and grandparents grew up with, as well as trends they had- but they also have traits that out generation finds cringey. Im a bit of an Later Gen Z with Gen X parents, so I did recognize most of the shows & Gaming Systems mentioned. I would also like to add, some of the later Gen Z kids are also saying things like “Skibiti Toilet” or “ what the sigma” My teachers are literally giving out lunch detentions for people who say “Sigma”

I'm not Gen Y, but I LOVE catdog :D I remember winning something from one of those claw machines at walmart and winning a catdog, and I asked my mom what it was and she said catdog. Since I'm about to write an essay, to summarize what I WOULD write, when I got home, I watched catdog for the first time and got obsessed. I'm also obsessed with furbies. So I’m 31. I may be the oldest person watching your channel 😅 great stuff. Gotta say though, clothing in the 90s was generally baggy. Big shirts and shorts. At least I did. I grew up with 7 siblings. Yes my parents actually wanted children. My Dad was the one to go to work while my mom homeschooled us. Playing video games was a rare thing. LEGO and drawing robots was my favorite hobby growing up.

Ooo, that's so cool! I don't really relate much because I'm Gen alpha. But I still grew up with legos and I love traditional art! It's more fun and you don't need all these fancy brushes and supplies like digital art. Where I stop, though, is that I like the baby boomers clothing style a lot and I like wearing dresses, farmer-ish clothing, and stuff like that. But I am pretty attached to screens most of the time.

As a Gen Z, I have so much heavy nostalgia for early 2000’s stuff. I used to have so many Disney movies as VHS tapes and would watch them as a child. I remember when the very first iPad was first introduced lol. I used to play with a lot of 2000’s tech. Also, remember trying drawing apps on my dad’s Windows Vista. 💀My favorite item I used as a child was my first-gen iPod. I also loved my red Nintendo DS. I miss those days. I remember when the app store first came out for the first time and I tried old games like Temple Run and Angry Birds as well as some weird donut cooking app. Btw what’s your guy’s nostalgia?

As a gen alpha, I jokingly use the”YOOO SKIBITI GYATT RIZZ OHIO FANTUM TAXXXX” humor, but I don’t unironically like it. Sure, people in my grade made me insecure and that’s why I changed like crazy, and yes, I have been exposed and involved into terrible drama that gave me anxiety. But I don’t act like the stereotypes. I enjoy the early days of RU-vid (vocaloid, anime remixes, nyan cat, ect.) and I Like collecting CDs, baking, skateboarding, and more. I have a bad online addiction but I’m healing from it. Sorry for the really big rant btw.

I will be FULLY honest with you it's not the kid's fault it's the parent's fault, My sister being 11 doesn't scream slang words or anything, she doesnt spend all her time on a device and she has excellent grades (this year she got straight A's) and thats because she has caring parents unlike most people nowadays.

People at the line between Gen Z and Gen A usually are glued to devices, but they seem much more open to socializing and like different stuff than people much further into Gen A. I still believe that Gen A is 100% the Ipad Kid generation, but that 2 - 3 year range at the Gen Z end of it seems a bit better. (I say this as a Gen A btw)

as a gen-alpha i honestly feel ashamed to be in this generation. HOWEVERR. Gen-Z around 30 and under, (Srry idk much when ig comes to gens) made most of the trends that gen alpha follows. so i agree that its just how we grow but hey hopefully the ipad kids find you! A great artist 👍 The skibidi toilet and rizz and gyatt kinda stuff makes me pray our gen will not use these words in the realworld and not get their brains completely rotted.
