I feel like the wax figures, or at least Wax Sherlock, should've also gotten a charge for attempted murder. Wax Sherlock was going to decapitate Stan, but accidentally decapitated Wax Stan; I wouldn't say that Wax Stan's decapitation would count as actual murder since I think he was made out of actual wax instead of the wax that brought the wax figures to life and I don't think any sort of sentience in Wax Stan in the flashback is shown. (I haven't seen this episode in a while) Edit: The wax used to make Wax Stan WAS recycled wax from Wax Abraham Lincoln, so the curse could've passed onto Wax Stan and a 2nd degree murder charge could be passed onto the wax figures; also, this technically means that Wax John Wilkes Booth could've actually been responsible for Wax Abraham Lincoln's melting, but there's not enough evidence to prove it.
