The police can't do shit to someone as powerful as steve. He is a high ranking member in the fib so i don't think the police can do anything to him. @@user-tw3fq4jh3pbut isn’t the FIB a higher authority than the cops? Plus with Steve being so high up, chances are, the paperwork, not to mention the witnesses, would mysteriously vanish well before it reached trial, especially since Steve isn’t the only corrupt agent in on this.
3:37 if I’m not mistaken, I think this is the beta pistol sound. You can hear this same noise on The Underbelly of Paradise (Steve Haines’ ingame show) which most of the footage takes place either in beta, or shortly before release. In the episode there is a scene where a gang member executes another, and you hear the same two bullet sounds.
One may also assume that Harold “Stretch” Joseph was currently out on parole when you consider the line he said in “The Long Stretch”. Depending on the conditions of his parole, he shouldn’t be possessing a firearm whatsoever.

Stretch at this point wasn't planning to kill lamar and Franklin. He got hostile with them and began targeting them because they caused problems in the peace between the ballas and the families by kidnapping D and then killing him. This sentence would work in hood safari because he was planning to at least rip them off with drywall cocaine
He wanted him dead, yeah, but attempted murder is when it's an actual attempt directly caused by the person. If for example, Stretch showed up in Lamar Down and tried to kill Lamar, missed him/shot him in the arm, and then managed to escape, that would be attempted murder. But having a plan and intention doesn't count as an attempted murder
Repeating the same thing as the other guy said. He pointed a gun at an unarmed man and shot him twice in the face. That's definitely not self defense, he was not in any danger until the rest of the Ballas arrived (who did carry firearms with the intention of killing them, thus making THAT self defense)
We could call them all antiheroes. Most of the main characters are trying to do something good or do stuff with good intentions in mind. Or at least, they're not exactly evil/villains

Its that GTA 4 is Better Story wise and San Andreas is Better in Memorability.

For steve wouldn't killing Tahir ( the dude you shoot with the sniper in by the book) not really count as a crime since he he was a target the government put a hit on?
yeah sounds really cool especially the villains because (outside of war crimes) I feel like the hero's aren't doing many illegal things. you know on account of war and such
@@lvdb2006 the heroes are not getting off scot free either depending on who you look at. john price in MW2 and alex mason in BO operate off the grid in several missions. they could definitely be charged then again, i am curious at how big marakovs sentence might get, so i would rather see the villains get their turn
@@lvdb2006 In the Black Ops games (that actually follow Woods and Mason because I don't know about 3 and 4 haven't touched them) part of the whole thing is that their missions are in fact illegal and off the books, even if not charged in the US as it's under CIA orders they'd likely be charged for the crimes commit where they operated without permission from that country's government
It could get complicated because he was working as an undercover cop so technically it could get hard to prosecute him. Since if he didn't kill and do all that shit he would have been discovered and have the same fate as that Charlie guy who was undercover before him. Getting torture and buried alive.
The thing to remember about Wei Cheng is that if you commit a felony and somebody dies during that felony you can be charged for murder. So when he sends his men to kidnap Michael in North Yankton (Felony Kidnapping Charge) everybody Michael kills would count as a murder charge for Wei Cheng.
With Russian law, he would have been charged with two terrorism counts, No Russian and Turbulence. This is gonna be interesting once Cinema Cop covers both MW2 and MW3
