@@Igris_yucalves are all genetic and training them is annoying so they suck, training hamstrings also sucks cause it so easy to cramp up, and quads are such a big/useful muscle that hitting them make you tired for the entire day and makes it super annoying to walk/climb stairs and also the sheer amount of muscle you hit can easily make you nauseous/throw up
it would be amazing if you made workout video's like Sam Sulek, i hear alot of people saying you have their dream physique, it'd be cool if we see how you do it!
