I want to make it specific so no one gets any wrong assumptions this band. This song is about making fun of the obsurdity of stereotypes, not making fun of people with stereotypes.
I tried thinking what he’d say about us Puerto Ricans when I first heard this song, but couldn’t think of anything. I got to the part and after it I realized I hadn’t taken a shower in about 4 to 5 days cause I had nothing to do that week and I kept forgetting to do it. I literally played myself with that one.
I’m an indian american. (Family from india in asia, but in america). I skipped the indian part of the stereotype bc im a guy. Im surprised he didnt roast india’s call centers or poverty. As for the american part, i’m severely underweight, so idk abt “fat” americans. I love stereotypes they be funny af
As a Mexican I am so very deeply offended that we weren’t shown with half the world population related to us or getting constantly spanked with the sandal just for existing.
I REALLY appreciate you censoring the flashing lights because I'm prone to seizures. My friend showed me the video a few months ago and it kinda caught me off guard with that part
Even without seizures, it's extremely annoying and seems to make most people (that I saw, many) even feel less well. It adds nothing... It's the cheapest effect that ruins anything... Why is it used? 😅
@@amitmarkel Gee, I sure do wonder why. Could it be because the creator didn't think of how it could affect some people? Nah.. That couldn't be it. That'd make too much sense. He obviously wanted to give people seizures just like Pokemon did with the porygon episode. That's the only explanation.
I love the stereotype song! Used to sing it all the time when I was a kid. especially the Puerto Rican part. I sang that one the loudest because I am Puerto Rican.
