My body is going through heavy body recomposition but I'm only weighing myself once a week to avoid getting discouraged from no weight loss. Muscle weighs more and I'm getting a ton right now. This video right here is what sets you apart from other ‘fitness influencers’. You aren’t there trying to say , eat this or do this and you will get an awesome six pick. It’s just honest wholesome advice and as you say you are trying to be a buddy not someone pushing their own agenda.
Another great video, Jackson. I’m currently down 142 lbs, with my goal of another 43 lbs or so to go. Your vids have helped so much when that little devil sits on my shoulder trying to make my mind weak. In the past I’d cave into those negative thoughts. You help me stay strong and stay the course.
