So I read your comment and found myself thinking, is that the game vaguely remember seeing once on Steam or some place a while back? Did a search with the title you provided and all I am getting Shantae and the Pirate's Curse, which I am pretty sure is not the game you are describing. Are you sure about the game's title? Would happen to know the company that developed or published the game? If so maybe included the company's name could help aid the search.
