Besides both movies being directed by Christopher Nolan, they have another thing in common. The music for both was created by Hans Zimmer. I think Hans Zimmer is the best contemporary composer today.

Healing, resonant frequencies ... it works! Just for fun, also try an LP version of a cat purring; the frequencies therein have proven to heal a cat's broken bones, and they have experimented with this technique on people. Science! @@BlackInkLLC thank you for the suggestion, I'll definitely have to try it! Of course, I actually have a cat (& a dog!) and the sound of a cat purring, IMHO, is THE ULTIMATE sound of contentment! My full-time job is in the OR, I do hospice on the side. The majority of my patients always want me to bring my orange tabby, Sophie, to visit. She cuddles with my patients and sounds like a motor from her purring. My husband & I listen to this every night at bedtime, and I'd have to say 75-80% of my patients have me play this at night. I'm definitely going to have to find the LP version! I really appreciate the suggestion! Thank you again! 🥰

damn that's hard to do right now. got a hair transplant due to my one insecurity. and after years of concussions, I've been floating around for 2 months with post concussive symptoms, a relationship that was falling apart, and it's just getting worse. And, when my brain is right, I'm the most positive confident and empathetic self I can be. So when my energy/outlook drops, it's more noticeable. Need to hear the peace in this music more than the sad, but that's what i'm getting.

I love the effort that went into the background image ! I find it really clever how it blends together aspects from both films: the spinning top from inception and space from from interstellar. You can also perceive the multiple dimensions included in both films through the deformed space fabric and the moving particles. I also love the choice of colours... it is just perfect and helps the music's beauty stand out even more!

Yes, I love both movies so much and listen to both soundtracks all the time (Time is a really good song). The mix of them is just amazing. Now I want to watch the movies again. I remember watching Interstellar for the first time and thought I had to watch it again in an instant, but saved it for next time. I think next time (next time is probably your version of time then) is now.

God, I can feel the Earth spinning around me-a mote in the vastness of space. Every breath is crisp, focused with a haunted yet beautiful intensity. I have goosebumps, hearing two of my favorite soundtracks paired with such finesse. Others have said it, but I will say it again-thank you.
