Marriage is determined by man woman and here Father. Its an authority given by Yah. Yah has shown how to get a blessed marige. By married som of the faith. You dont need a sermony and the principle of Blessing is that you are of the faith and comandments.. some few words spoken from a preacher or yourself does not matter if you are of sin.. No state church and Priest has been given autorithy by Yah here .. all the witness is just to make a stronger testemony. But you dont have to have them
