God wants you to have total interior and exterior freedom.
But unfortunately many Christians take on the burden of the cross themselves. Maybe you’ve been told that Jesus paid it already, it’s finished, He’s done His work and so now you need to do yours.
No, no, no. That is not freedom in Christ!
Jesus was God’s redemptive plan for all humanity. You can participate with God in His Kingdom here on earth, but the role of savior and healer is off your plate.
Let’s get Bible-geeky for a sec.
The Hebrew word for wait (qavah) can also mean “to tie together by twisting” or “to entwine”.
So when you’re waiting on the Lord, God is really inviting you to intertwine yourself with Him. There’s no real doing on your part except the movement toward Him. Isn’t that beautiful?
Brain retraining is just one way to twisty-tie yourself around God.

This has been my biggest impediment during my healing journey, BY FAR! I constantly get a revelation of God’s grace in my life, but then the days pass by and little by little the to do list grows (with it the symptoms) and before I know it, I’m back at trying to do everything myself. With time though, I’m learning to catch it much quicker.

Oh wow I’ve been praying Psalm 25:4-5 for almost 3 years pretty much every day and I mean every word. I’ve had chronic pain for 35 years and the last 3 years horrific pelvic pain that no one has been able to solve in spite of surgery injections etc. I know the Lord has led me to the mind/body path. You are right, many people teaching this neuroplastic pain healing do not include God. I am incorporating Jesus in my journey and it is the only way I want to do it. Thank you.

The whole timeline thing has been hard for me. People say God’s already done it, you don’t wait, you just receive it right now. And they talk like if there isn’t an instant manifestation you aren’t receiving. It becomes such a mind game and just throwing words around that seem so mysterious.

YES, there's definitely a tension here. The Bible is filled with so much tension! But I hope the video message was clear that it's not about you *doing* anymore, it's really about intertwining yourself with God, leaning in, getting closer to Him.

Did you check out my other video on forgiveness? We often hold onto resentment and unforgiveness without really knowing it and that breeds illness and dis-ease.

@@breakatrin I was married to a bully for a long time and he finally married someonelse and left me homeless. I have been in a state of Tension for years. I have gone paralytic. Jesus told me to “Relax and Breathe..He is With me.” It is Helping..but I just started..so I am looking forward to getting Well. Now..I See my husband..I am Grateful God Saved and Freed me!

There are lots of ways to intertwine yourself with God, but one of the ways I teach people is through brain retraining (or brain rewiring, self-guided neuroplasticity).

The problem is I seek Him daily but not feeling like I’am getting anywhere. I’am so tied from the insomnia that it’s hard to focus. I sit with Him and do a lot of crying. I’am not hearing Him and that is the worse feeling. Then the negative thoughts keep coming. Hopefully I can start next month. I don’t want to be self focused. I need to get a deep heart connection with Him. Thanks for all your teaching.❤️🙏

Please read Psalm 62..in a few different versions..." My soul waits in SILENCE for the Lord alone He is my salvation".. then look up the Hebrew word for Soul ( mind, will and emotions) and look up the hebrew word for silence ( be quiet) then look up the word salvation ( rescue, liberation ect)

God healed me i believe from Focal Dystonia in my right leg,foot and toes, but while my toes are no more pulling downwards, the pain and twitzings in the leg goes on.. Must i only trust further on God or what do i need to do, to keep on believing in my miracle..?

That can be a difficult question because there's this tension between waiting/trusting and leaning into God through prayer. One of the things I teach people is how to lean more into God with brain retraining. Brain retraining can become a specialized kind of prayer that intertwines you around God and in that space, healing happens. Wait with faith. That means you have a hopeful expectation that cannot be taken away from you. Because your hope is in the Lord who does not fail. Rejoice, count it all joy, knowing that your faith is being perfected as you wait. You see what God is doing? He is perfecting your faith. Rejoice, for this faith is far more precious than gold. God is using this trial to strengthen your faith so you can be perfect & complete & lack nothing. I am super excited for you. When you get this victory you will be a strong tower that cannot be shaken.
