Pirates needs this kind of hardworking confidence right now, it makes no sense to me that these big clubs such as pirates,chiefs and etc, are willing to develop such players (makhubela,ngcobo,blom and etc) and give them no chance to even prove themselves and this really destroys the future of our football and the confidence of other upcoming players. And I know some may think otherwise but consider the fact that most great players had the chance to express themselves at an early age e.g. Benny McCarthy, Pele , atsu fati, puig,serero and many more. The point is overseas teams are willing to give young people a chance and that's the only way to fix something that is not broken, like to correct those small mistake that anyone can make and this gives confidence and builds character, cause it's no more about the behind scenes it's actually reality and this gives room for growth mentally and as a player, growing better players for the future is the only hope for our national team and considering their performance with young players
