I love how this video shows the side of sibling relationships where siblings actually get along with each other. Yes, siblings in real life can be mean to each other like many videos of Mario and Luigi show, but we also get along with our siblings when we choose to do so.

I just love that, unlike many other Mario's portrayals in web animations, Mario is shown caring about his brother (and vice versa). I also love the animation (especially the hand-drawn closeup where they're hugging), the power-ups concepts, and the story itself. Keep up the good work, friend! :)

I'm not one to usually overpraise an animation like this because i think it's kind of annoying, but this is a good animation. The animation is high-quality, the concept is super cool, and the storytelling is excellent. With all of that said, Luigi looking like the happiest man in the world while on a tank and bloody clothes is hilarious.

I am pleasantly surprised with two things: First: Portraying Mario and Luigi as good brothers instead of the overused "Mario is a dick to his younger twin"-trope. Second: Given the video title and original set-up I thought it would be a fun little (but mostly forgettable) romp. And it was for a while. I didn't expect it to turn so drastically in tone, but it was all the better for it. You don't expect anything bad from life at the moment and then you get hit like a truck.
