The first hijacking and terrorism charges and the mass murder charge should be removed because he turned back time meaning the events never transpired, also after he turned back time he never hijacked the plane and never assaulted the pilot, so those charges should have been removed as well. In regards to the Air Forces, it is unknown whether they had an owner despite being in the middle of Panda Express as Michael had not seen them beforehand, and unless someone approached him and identified themselves as the owner, he technically did not steal them. Michael could potentially plead necessity in regards to beating up Thanos as it is universally established that his goal is to wipe out trillions of lives, meaning Michael was acting in the name of the greater good. I don't think it can be safely argued that Michael intended to travel so far into the future as he was unconscious after being knocked out by John Cena (whom he could not even see), meaning he did not do it intentionally.
