Nah that would be OP though, Probably make the Guardian a Pseudo because they're pretty Strong, I could see them being Water/Psychic as well, and the Elder Guardian is their Final Evolution.

The reason Magmarch evolves into a Ghast is because of the beta designs for the strider. Two of the beta designs were called grandma and grandpa Strider and actually used the ghast as a base model so it does kind of make sense but it still doesn’t.

I love the creativity in these, the strider's mutation into a Ghast is definitely very interesting, but I guess they're more alike than one might think, with similar squarish appearance with spindley legs on the bottom.

Fire/Ghost is the new Fire/Fighting, we've already had starters with it twice in a row, hisui-typhlosion and skeledirge. It's a great type conceptually, but so is Fire/Fighting.

Dunno. My son, Chandelure, is Fire/Ghost and kicks major ass, so I'm kinda cool with it. I think the issue is that Legends Arceus and Scarlet/Violet were being worked on simultaneously, and ideas kinda bled over.

Love the creeper being grass type, makes sense with the color but although they were made from an attempt at making pigs gone wrong, there’s a theory (I think from the game theorists) that gives another possible origin: there is an actual plant that, similar to creepers exploding, explodes to spread its seeds away from the parent plant
