That's the biggest thing here, right? Not only is the small scope of what you're voting on kind of absurd, but you aren't even sure WHAT you're voting on. Like, show gameplay not these ads that likely take more effort than implementing the mobs themselves.
@@Cheesehead302 I think that either Minecraft devs dont care or its the higher ups forcing them to work over time and not have enough time to prepare more stuff for the mob vote
I love how he mentions Iron Golem Golems, Villager Villagers and Zombie Zombies but misses the opportunity to bring back the Slightly Bigger Pig as the “Slightly Bigger Slightly Bigger Pig Pig”
@@cq.cumber_offishial you’re nearly right. it implies the existence of a pig pig which is slightly smaller slightly smaller when compared to the Slightly Bigger Slightly Bigger Pig Pig.
The licker is my favorite mollusk. I also love the amoebas that it leaves behind on good surfaces. I just really want an explanation for why they do this.
The bigger problem with this mob vote isn't lameness, but the fact only one can make it in. I prefer it be more of a staggering thing. Winner makes it in as soon as possible/ next update. Losers are added later down the line. No one is left on the cutting room floor. We just have to wait longer for the losers.
I personally would wait till there’s atleast 10-12 mob vote losers to add them in along with some other mobs like Sharks, Crocodilesand even the FireFly, in an update I would call The Mob Update
yea, especially with this one cause the armadillo will be the first savanna mobs cause the ostrich didn't make it, but there's also penguins which would bring more to cold biomes. the crab is cute but we all know its useless.
Imagine trying to write purposefully lame and undesirable Mobs for a hypothetical mob vote and accidentally trouncing almost every mob vote in terms of creativity.
These are anything but lame. These are honestly some of the most funny and creative things I've seen in the game. I'd easily have each one as a separate mod or something.
These are not only definitely better than the Mojang mob votes but also genuinely intriguing. Your creativity is unpredictable, clever and unique. I just started discovered your channel today and this is the third video I've watched and you're already one of my favourite mod makers
I mean, the Licker isn't too bad, it offers a wacky design that isn't copyright infringement or weird mob patchwork, has unique behaviors (granted some need to be tweaked to be realistically programmable without having to make massive overhauls and to make sense, like instead of spits hopping in your mouth they splatter inflicting a slippery debuff that makes you slide off ledges while sneaking and have ice physics) and even has unique and well made textures and animations... Not sure where a Licker would commonly be found though... Maybe a new dungeon, or a separate dimension.
The 2 first mobs are actually really cool, except the doawk one, that's just silly. I'd imagine you'd naturally find the iron golem golems in the far lands, where everything is distorted, them being there would make sense.
@@chickennuggetman2593 Considering Mojang considers the far lands as a bug they're actively trying to keep out of player reach I don't think they'd add something specifically for it...
I would honestly like a slightly different sized mobs update. Just all creature have slightly different shapes and sizes instead of them all being exactly the same.
As a Redstone Engineer I'm going to vote the Licker, assuming observers detect licks. The ability to distinguish blocks by taste would be huge for block type detection and the Spits spawned would scare away hostile mobs from my contraptions out of fear of Spits entering their mouth.
At first, I thought that Manny would take the cake because of the new dimension. My heart soon changed when I saw the Liquor, because of all the interesting features, like how he can traverse through half slabs and fences, which brought me substantial joy. But then, I saw the Iron Golem Golem, which with the Village Villages, Villager Villagers, and Zombie Zombies, made me choose the Iron Golem Golems as my vote. This video was truly life-changing and brought a whole new meaning of happiness to me.
The Licker Is the best of them all. The design Is clever and funny, and I really like It. The mob Itself Is useful, since It can remove bad blocks that are tasty for It, and the generation of Saliva Slimes Is useful for easy farms. The Licker's change of stats depending of the biome Is clever, and useful. The ability to go through slabs and the gaps on fences Is pretty cool and makes moving them from a side to another way easier (specially since they can’t overpass stone fences because they don’t have gaps). The fact they will follow you If you have a tasty skin makes moving them specially easy and the adding of the Tongue Man makes It even better. #teamlicker
The Iron Golem Golem seems a bit like a bad idea. I mean, seriously, where am I gonna get enough pumpkins for the number I want to build???? They're so awesome that I'm personally not going to vote for them, because they suck and are going to make the game way too hard. I'm gonna spend too much time trying to get pumpkins to build more because they're too awesome!
Greg should be a passive mob that can become your friend, but if your read his diary he will become hostile and spawn Rodrick and Gregs family to hunt you down. Then you will take damage from a new mob called Whirly street kid a hostile danger.
That's too bad your job application got rejected. Mojang doesn't know the talent they're missing out on, that's their loss. I'm sure it'll go great for you in the future. Keep it up fingie, love your vids
To plant the Carrot Carrot, you need Dirt Dirt found inside the Village Village. Normal water won't suffice in keeping the Dirt Dirt moistured to grow them, thus you'll need Water Water found in the River River or the Ocean Ocean biome. But to pick up Water Water, you'll need a Bucket Bucket made from 3 Iron Iron Ingots which can only be obtained by smelting Iron Iron Ore in the Furnace Furnace. The Furnace Furnace requires 8 Cobble Cobble Stones mine from the Stone Stone block. And of course normal pickaxe does not work on them. That's right, you'll need a Pickaxe Pickaxe. The lowest tier pickaxe is wood. So you need Logs Logs from a Tree Tree.
If this was a real vote, I would vote for the liquor. It actually feels like an actual mob that would be in the game. And it actually has cool mechanics being a Mall that can destroy blocks other than a creeper and being able to move through certain blocks, and also creating more enemies and changing, depending on what biome it is and not depending on what biome it’s spawns in if it travels to another biome, it will change it feels very unique
Honestly just retexture it so it’s no just a human tongue and make it something that only spawns conditionally and it would be a really cool mob to have Make it so you have to splash a raveger with some kind of poison effect and then kill it to spawn one or just make it spawn in witches huts in swamps like it’s some weird kind of slime creature
I clicked on this video not expecting much. I end it here 4:29 completely blown away. First off, the Licker genuinely sounds like a funny yet interesting mob that could be added. Second, the crescendo of humor when announcing the Iron Golem Golem and the Village Village and the Villager Villagers with their carrot carrots was hysterical and increasingly absurd. You’ve got a great sense of humor! And the Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I kid you not, Fregley would be a better, more subtle mob for creating horror than those blatantly satanic-like horror mods MineCraft modders like to have. Yeah, this a good video. Unironically better than Mojang’s mob vote.
This just makes me want your mods for their Orespawn but only the madnes X10 constant vibe. Like those Villager Village Villages strike me as horror that can not scare me since I don't have a phobia kinda feels and I so want to experience it.
1:46 i paused at this time, needing to take a break from the information about the licker. Then I played it again and "The licker also comes with the Tongue Man" YEAH NO
Anyone agree that mob votes would get 100% better if the community never says what it picks so that big streamer and youtubers cant switch the whole thing around?
lol it's great. Even more unfair than the real Mob Vote though because not only are the Creatures cool but also the Features of all of them. At first I thought the Licker wouldn't be nearly as good as the other ones but then you've shown the Tongue Man😎 lol next Mob Vote should include those Thumb Men from Spy Kids

L opinion, manny is obviously the better choice as it adds a new biome, a new DIMENSION, and a TON of exclusive mobs. Also the zombie zombies are gonna become the new phantom, how are you supposed to kill them early game???? Anyways, you have an overall L opinion 😎
The Licker isn't too out there. I can see something similar being actually in the game... I especially like the squeezing under slabs and through fences idea... Perhaps the could enjoy the taste of players and chase them down as semi-hostile mobs, applying a slippery debuff per lick that gives you ice physics and removes the ability to sneak on ledges... Maybe even the spit slimes can also inflict this, splattering when they run into you... Though the chasing certain skins thing doesn't seem plausible, same goes for the licking away tasty blocks, that seems a bit too destructive over time... Though for blocks like a cake and rarely, crops, that's reasonable.
Manny is the final boss after defeating the dragon. He has 420 hearts, 6900 XP, and his attacks include blaming you for him looking at endermen(thus causing them to attacking you). Summoning plushies, and deleting blocks in the end one by one.
The absolutely unhinged script of this video, the silliness of the mobs, the music occasionally getting louder and quieter, makes this whole video tickle a specific part of my brain and its incredibly scary. Like this is legitimately messing with my psyche
The funny thing is that they actually can Add these mobs but they wont so they keep their "work flow" intact since they have to comply with so many other variables and investors because of Microsoft ... If only Notch wanted to keep developing the game xo
