Because in my AU Mal is a mix of error and ink. He mostly has the design based off of error but personality wise It’s a mix. So, for example, he likes destroying AUs but he also really likes to draw.
Mal has Haphephobia (I don’t know if I’m spelling that right but fear of touch) so he really doesn’t like when people get close to him or touch him. He also has a short temper because he comes from the anti-void so while he may have overreacted, he had a reason for it. Sam physically can’t express emotions, so it’s not like he can really help it-and plus the Karen and was pretending to be something that she was definitely not. And yeah the last one the Karen was 100% in the wrong. Boys can wear whatever they want and the fact that. Bubbles always wants to be kind and make people happy makes it even easier for her to force him to do something he doesn’t want to do. Good thing my friend Zane was there. Moral of the story is that the reactions of the characters fit their personality just fine.
