The bladder thing is, and I was told this by a doctor, when you feel the urge to go pee it is usually, when your bladder is half full, when you feel like the urge is getting stronger and it feels like I should go pee now like in a minute or two, it means your bladder is full, and when it feels like your bladder is about to burst and you can't hold your pee in anymore it means your bladder is full and is being stretched because it now has more pee in it. Holding your pee in is good especially for men as it does other beneficial things, but don't hold it to the point where you feel like you are going to burst your bladder, you can hold it in for a minute at max at this state though it is not recommended, the minute is basically the time you need to go to the toilet and get ready to blast it with pee.
