The point is, its very ok to feel nistalgic of old things like roblox before now, but to many nostalgic make people will also around 40-50% lost interest
Tbh if old roblox was back then roblox would suck because of how less security there was back then since exploiters would now be able to directly communicate with the server since filtering enabled wasn’t a feature until 2017 making every executor OP place stealing would also be a problem as well because no filtering enabled Synaspe was considered a level 7 executor before FE was added Old roblox was also capped at 30 fps, making it kinda suck

The "Party" feature is a feature that i belive should have still been in the game if you want to play with friends... and be in the same game at the same time (I think it was removed for underuse)
I don't want old roblox because we have to move on. Also people only want old roblox back because of nostalgia I can understand them but new roblox has better features and ik roblox sucks at updates and stuff. But I'm pretty sure roblox moderation sucked for the entire of robloxs existence ( I'm pretty sure I'm wrong ) anyways it would be boring to have the old roblox in my opinion Edit: I'm going to get hate by this comment. As someone who’s played Roblox since 2015, I understand why Old Roblox is considered better, as it was much more lighthearted than it is now. But it’s a breath of fresh air to finally see someone who doesn’t just say “Bring back Old Roblox!!!1” and instead also shows the consequences.
Unpopular opinion: I started playing in late 2014, and it was good, but I'm surprised to see how much roblox had developed as a whole, while there has been alot of bad (egghunts stopped, builders club removed, tix (tbh I didn't mind tix leaving as much as the others but tix was really cool THEN THE OOF? and now the blogs being removed) which hit me really hard because it felt great being a part of Builders club and doing my favorite event for cool eggs and looking at the blogs every now and then to see the even older side of roblox which was 2013 and earlier to me and oof was a huge part of roblox and had significance to me and roblox , I like to look at the good side too, developed site, more items, community being able to make items, collaboration events (well just some of them) and mostly the cool studio feature (motion capture)
In my opinion either new or old they are equally loved by players since the current Roblox has UGC, New studio features, Simple avatar features, and layered clothing. Their are still down sides since adding more features can cause a lot of bugs/glitches in the app/website. Old roblox however has a good popularity since back then they used to be a feature where friends limit is not an option, Tix free currency, find new games when you refresh the page, and sky rocket popularity. As someone who's been playing on the platform for over a decade, the simplicity and how relaxed/ chill people were back then was far greater than how you experience Roblox in today's day and age. I enjoyed Roblox back then although it's sad to see how far Roblox evolved but life goes on, nothing we can do.
Do not let nostalgia cloud your judgement. "Old Roblox" has its flaws too. The graphics were far worse, tix could be exploited, there was less customization, and less things over all.
y'know what? if you really think about it, people don't actually want old roblox gui, i mean for some people that's what they miss but that's cuz of nostalgia, what old roblox players really want is a good community. imagine current roblox, but with a 90% nice community. questionable roblox updates, but 60% less drama. that'd be nice. i remember meep city came out a few months after i joined. i was so excited to play it, i joined and everyone was having so much fun roleplaying with their meeps and checking it out. a couple of days ago i was looking through my old roblox screenshots and videos and found one where there was this one guy with a stitchface. it was kinda sad actually, no one said anything about it back then of course if we could have maybe the 2016 roblox gui AND a good community (i say 2016 because i personally think 2013 is a bit too much) that'd be a dream, but well of course it'd be a dream cuz that ain't happening unless you.. y'know.. dream
I perfectly can. Because I started playing as a guest in 2013, then created my official account in 2015. First ever game I played was Natural Disaster Survival.
But also id not be happy for if they removed my items i brought, but no problems if they change website and brings old games back, but the problem is often on community, but there has always been toxic players to this Day.
So you mean like a separate game? Roblox (Online Multiplayer) and Roblox Legacy Edition (Singleplayer) because if they do both online multiplayer, they will have to manage 2 servers

All i would want is a feature that had a 2017 theme, and guests back, They were actually fun to play with, but because guest isnt an account, its unbannable, its easier to exploit. Maybe one day they will think about it. Maybe. One. Day.
i started playing roblox in 2016 (as a guest) and i made my first account in 2018 (i was too young on my old acc and i got scammed) and the ui was pretty chill there, it wasnt like the newer boring gray, just a casual old roblox logo with the old 2016 ui and i never actually try to ask, "why did roblox change the ui" when i realized they changed it to be so modern and unclassic, like they now show percentage of the like and dislike ratio instead of grey slabs, and there used to be a white box that came with the game's name, box, and like and dislike ratio.
as a 2011er, i can say that bringing back old roblox would KINDA be mid, but great the same time. you'd get tix back, you'd actually be able to not waste money on 400 robux just to get like 5 items because everything is overpriced these days, but the games would be quite limiting, especially compared to today. if we could bring back the old community that'd be hella good

Everything is so modernized on Roblox that there would be no sense in bringing back old Roblox. The platform is mostly made up of children ages 5-14, do you think they want an older version? Would you want an old version of RU-vid? No, so that's where they drew the line. Old Roblox is to be remembered forever, there's no bringing it back and life goes on, whether you like it or not, that's reality.

The sad part, is, when you grind a lot for a good stuff, then you quit cuz you get bored, all your progress disappear cuz your in old Roblox and Old Roblox can't support the games to save the game's progress. (Just like Guest eh.)

they shut it down to fix stuff. while roblox is down all of us can touch grass in the mean time, which is exactly what i do, and i like that sensation of touching grass.

Tix defiently needs to be added back, it was a good daily reward for signing in and considering how overpriced the catalog is today, it will help very little (100 tix was 1 or 10 robux).
What Should Really Happen: There Is Buttons To Switch To Old Versions On The Games And When pressing on it, Roblox Will Search Your Files For Exploits ( If You Have ) And If You Don't Have Exploits Your Fine, And If You Download Exploits When On A Game You Get Kicked, And If You Say Bad Words You Get Kicked From The Game, And If You Create a Account When In That Version Of Roblox It Will Show The Old Login Screen And The Old Sign Up Screen And If They Did It, They Will Show They Fake Time Of What Roblox Version And Time The Version Was Made And There's A Button To Show The Real Date, And You Can't Switch Your Roblox Version When On That Account, You Have To Sign Out And Create A Account With That Version.
