For those who don’t know. The reason tanjiros boulder was so big is because urokodaki didn’t want him passing since the hand demon would have killed. If sabito survived and the hand demon died. He would have had a smaller boukder

That's not true, remember Sabito's training was the reason Tanjiro was able to break the boulder and go to the final selection, the task which was designed by Urokodaki for Tanjiro to fail. And would Sabito have killed the thick neck demon or just evaded it? (Because that changes Tanjiro's path and how many people potentially survive the final selection.)

I don't believe so. Sabito, even though he is kind, he still very though and non compromising in his demeanor when he's fighting. He will not speared Nezuko as with ALL other Hashira except for Giyu as the sibling relationship of brother and sister is the reason Giyu speared them(I believe even Mitsuri will not hesitate to kill Nezuko as with her fighting style, she can kill Nezuko so far ranged making Tanjio have no time to realize Mitsuri presence and protect Nezuko) . There's a reason that Sabito needs to die and Giyu needs to be a Hashira. He is the only one who will gave Tanjiro a chance.

If Sabito was hashira, i doubt he would be late, but would ultimately get killed by whichever demon that raided Tanjiro’s house cus im sure it was an upper moons that can turn humans into demons.

I just realized that tomioka had shine in his eyes when he was a child but now he doesn't have

I still don't see giyu being weak. Just like when Sabito cheered Giyu at the time when her sister died, he would have cheered and motivated him in his whole journey. Best friend's death motivated him once but in that situation best friend alive himself would have motivated him. I don't see a big difference and as a best friend of someone myself I never moved on (especially while training or working out) without taking my best friend alongside me, he would have done the same.
