Hearing these points reminds me of when I met my wife in grad school. Yes, all these things were immediately visible from the get go! (I assume that I was doing a lot of the same things back to her.) We've been married 38 years now, still happy. To this day, when I text her an invitation to say, eat lunch together, when she texts back, "Yes," it still makes my heart skip! I only wish she still complimented me. If it weren't for the fact that I see her eyes light up when I arrive, I'd think she didn't like me any more, lol. Why is that? A girl at work was in my department for a while and we got along pretty well. She switched departments and now we see each only once in a while. My grandson’s t-ball coach heard me say how I like the hat & mascot. Next game? She gave me a hat like the team. I saw her @ a game & she starts smiling, looking at me & looking down in between. She’s not from my area originally only living here a couple years. I went to Sonic after the last game & guess who pulls in? She does! She is w/her husband & they stay until we leave. I’m only 50yrs old & I guess her to be late, late 30’s but more likely early 40’s so I thought, “nah, she’s not into me?” I asked her a question on FB & she gets back very promptly & apologizes for not answering sooner & she’s done that 2 more times. Don't bother paying attention to her if she keeps coming around and say nothing to you. She does that to play with your mind. Clearly if she plays hard to get you, she will say a word or sentence or ask some random questions.
Ever consider the fact some women are just shy in person but very talkative on the phone. It’s men that keep destroying women, over and over then when they do find that one that is genuine she’s got to much baggage. Even Tupac said we need to better for our women and treat them better.

A lot of (or most) women are hunters. They are looking for the best candidates for their progeny. They are looking for genetic superiority and security for bearing and raising their offspring. So she is interested in YOU as her current(!) "best prospect". But... Should someone appear with a better genetic and security prospect who shows an interest in her, you will be GONE. It might be a grievous mistake on her part because that man is - or likely is - a "hunter" also, for a short term sexual relationship (only), but that will help neither of you.
There is a bank teller that hollers "Hey Love!" as soon as I walk in the door. I suppose she may do this to everyone, but it's odd nonetheless. If she doesn't see me right away or if she's busy and I say hello to her first, she will always reply with "Hey Love." Thinking about it, I've never heard her say it to anyone else while I'm there.

I can relate to these signs. Let me tell about my lovely lil waitress. Bubbly, cute and funny. She calls me by a nickname, offers me free drinks and gives me a standing ovation every time I pass the door - I swear that is not a joke - The others staff members call me "her preferred customer". She notices every single details of my outfits, as if she was scanning me from head to toes each time I am paying a visit. I can be sitting at the very end of the counter, reading the news, minding my own business, she would find a way to interact with me by deliberately hitting the newspaper when passing by etc...
