LOL "ANSWER THE QUESTION" that's one of the best Hulk outs in the entire series, although he was technically having a nightmare, it wasn't a real Hulk Out. Unfortunately the 80's intro theme doesn't suit the movies though.
David was picked up by police half naked in a subway tunnel literally after his reformation and after a lady was just assaulted on a train. Because he was effectively a vagrant with no money, no recollection of his whereabouts after his Hulk out and no ID, the police wrongly had him down as a suspect. His lawyer (Matt Murdock AKA Daredevil) advised David to stand trial and testify against the real perpetrators and clear his name, but David was reluctant, as he feared the trial would stress him out and that a Hulk out would be a danger to the public and eventually reveal who he really was. The Hulk-out you see here was actually a nightmare he had before the trial was due to commence. Surprised you haven't seen the actual film by now considering how old it is?
The laziest oversight, or simply "did not care" moves was when Banner had a beard, but the Hulk did not. What happened, did his face suck it all back in? I grew up with the show and remember how disappointed I was with the movies, except for the Thor one, which wasn't great, but passable. Been so long since I've seen it, I might have a different opinion now if I did see it again.
The Hulk had a rotary shaver built into his DNA, where have you been? Your lack of comic insight had you unnecessarily ruined the experience for yourself.
