It's about time for me to get a new truck. I've been leaning towards moving up to a 3/4 Ton, but there is one worrisome issue. Will it fit in my garage? I pick up a new 2024 Ford F350 with similar features to see.

Thats a great truck i have 2019 f350 i bought gas to save the money as well but the mileage for trailering like you do you might rethink the diesel.

Stability with the Super Duty will be much better, but power delivery while towing will not be better than the EcoBoost. Just warning you. I have a 2022 F350 7.3 w/ 4.30s, BTW.

As a man who’s owned 5 new powerstrokes since 2019, I can say, go with the powerstroke. You will be astounded at the fuel economy. Ford has really dialed in the 2024’s powerstroke tuning. I’m getting my 6th powerstroke as soon as it arrives from ford in about two weeks. Get the 3.31 rear end youll love it especially with the high output powerstroke like you have here in this vid. At worst I’d get the standard powerstroke engine if you’re looking to save $2500 over the high output. Not a fan of the gas engine mpgs, power and lack of exhaust brake!

It may be less torque and power but still plenty going with the Godzilla which would be a Godsend compared to dpf failures/maintenance/replacement. Well worth avoiding that emission money pit.

Make sure you get the Ford rewards credit card. Buy everything you can with it so when the 10 speed blows up you can get some money back. I just replaced mine at 61K miles, total junk.

We upgraded from our F150 Ecoboost when we bought our rv trailer. We bought a new 22 F250 (in 22) crew cab short bed with the 7.3 and 10 speed. The truck does pull pretty well but still works hard on the long climbs. Earlier this year I ordered a 24 F350 with the regular diesel, not the “HO”. Hoping for better towing, longevity and resale at some point. Here in eastern Pa diesel is ~30 cents more per gallon than regular gasoline.

Thankful for my oversized garage with big doors. Esp when these come with to small of tires to begin with.

I am considering a 3/4 ton GMC AT4X with 6.6 gasoline. It would be inconvenient but I would have to park it in another building. At least the Suburban could go back into the house garage. Good luck with your choice.

Have you looked at the new F150 powerboost hybrid ? I believe the power has increased from your model year. With the power boost you have a built in generator. With the max trailer tow package it is quite capable and is also available with the extendable mirrors.

I just bought a 2024 Ford F-250 with 7.3 Godzilla it’s a lariat trim and it has 18” wheels tires. I love the truck so far. Traded in my 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins and I don’t miss the diesel at all.

I would stay away from the diesel unless you absolutely need the extra power. There’s a lot of problems with the cp4 pumps that are common to all big 3 brands. I bought a shorter antenna for my 2015 F150 soon after I bought it. Got tired of it hitting the garage door and soffit going in and out of the garage. It looks like the factory antenna just a few inches shorter.

F250 is available in Supercab in XL, XLT, and Lariat trim levels in Canada, in either 8' or 6 3/4' boxes. Higher trim levels require going to the Crew Cab. Have heard in the recent past the only real differences between F250 and F230 is the rear axle/rear suspension, at least with the diesel engine.
