I stumbled onto this one, but the universe guided me to the message I NEEDED to hear. James, you are so relatable in that we get comfortable, and somehow, we start to struggle to see the more significant pathway. I like the idea I saw recently of having a listing goal being a dollar amount rather than an item amount. "I listed $1000 worth of items today rather than 15 items or whatever. If you apply STR to this, it makes a lot of sense.

I can totally relate when James and Tech speaks on "desperation buys" .. I get frustrated at the stores after striking out after 6-8 stores. I to often lower my metrics and start picking up things that I shouldnt.. Ive gotten much better at not doing that as much anymore... Very good conversation.. Thanks

Many years ago , I was like James . Wasn’t running profitable business and was pulling from savings . Now , I save automatically every week before I buy any inventory. It’s been years since I haven’t had enough for bills , inventory and savings . Highly recommend saving every single week , no matter what . After while it becomes a memory muscle and you don’t even think of it . Good lunch , James !

In germany we say Zehner = 10er, Zwanni = 20er, Fuffi or Fuchs (it means fox) = 50er, Hunni = 100er :D

Breaking through the past life corporate commission thing is huge. Its external validation vs internal. We're wired for praise. But the best leaders, athletes and innovators dont need it. Its not easy but once you get there youre forever self motivated. The competition for commission can be really fun too. The rewards in that life can be addictive.

the best score ,so far, this yard sale season was not planned as i could not find where i intended to go first , so i went to the second location ( less than a mile away) on my list which was around 20 sellers in a church parking lot , being the first one there while everyone else was less than a mile away at the sale i could not find i absolutely wiped it clean in 30 minutes knowing the clock was ticking. That golden hour ! Its very competitive out there and I've missed many an opportunity within seconds ! I still cannot talk about one of those missed opportunities ! Timing is everything ! There is a huge event coming up in September , exactly how does one define an Early Bird ? : )

We have to have personal guidelines. If it has a chance of selling on ebay that you like & for the profit you like, list it. If not. flea market, garage sale, donate it, etc
