Great video and interview. I have the AIRE 2 and starting to use it now. Is it possible to do a remote/videoconsultation?

I did a Lactulose test today using the AIRE 2 device. I had pretty much no gas production over the first 2 hours and a reading of 3.4 - 4.7 after about 2.5 hours. I considered this a negative test with Lactulose. I've suspected I have an intolerance to Inulin for a while so decided, given I was in a fasted state, I'd try to eat Inulin heavy foods. I ate lentilles, with fried garlic and white onion. Tested with AIRE after about 15 - 20 minutes and the reading shot up to 8.5, seeming to confirm my suspicion of Inulin intolerance. With the Lactulose test, I would have tested negative for SIBO. I'm pretty certain I have Hydrogen SIBO, certainly display the symptoms, and the Inulin test would seem to confirm. Is this common or possible to have SIBO but only react to certain fibers e.g. Inulin but not Lactulose?

Do you have to stop herbals, or any prokinetics before the test?

For weekly check ins while on treatment do we take the lactose for that as well? Or is the weekly check in just done in the morning before eating so we can see how treatment is working?

I am so confused? I bought the AIRE 2 and read the instructions and have done 3 days of testing. I am getting results that are opposite from what I am supposed to get (I think). I tested on an empty stomach after fasting 12 hours. My numbers were 4.6 then I ate some breakfast and had hot chocolate with inulin in it. I tested 40 minutes later and my numbers went DOWN to 2.3. The next morning I did it again and my fasting number was 8.6 and after eating my breakfast it went DOWN to 3.1. What do those numbers mean? It seem opposite from what I am supposed to be getting for results. Thanks
