As many are asking and i didn't see an answer given here.. any gel polish base or top will work for this hack!!! Maybe not exactly as this system, but this is NOT the first system to offer these results, and whoever DID start selling the systems first took the idea from salon artists doing it. The shocking part is, it CAN be achieved with regular nail polish also, which is an ACTUAL game changer making it something anyone can do at home, and remove with any nail polish remover with ZERO buffing, and therefore nail loss required. A thicker base coat like Seche works best (doesn't have to be this one, some Hard as Nails and other Sally Hansen made ones are the right texture, and several drugstore brands, you just wont have the best results with a very thin texture, although they can work..), and you only let it dry about 85-90% before applying your powder. You don't want it to move, but want it just where you know it's not quite dry. Then have at it with your powder. Follow all processes as you would with the sistaco system, including powder building, and top with a good clear traditional polish TOP coat. No LED light needed!! I don't post videos, but i have used these methods for years, and am happy to finally have an outlet to share these tips.

I will get the top coat and base from the company just to make sure it works well. You can get a multi pack of colors for 25 dollars for 5 colors just a little smaller!
That's what I was wondering too. I just assumed their brand of base coat and top coat was the only thing that would work, but maybe not? If I can buy any base or top coat, this will be an absolute game changer.
Yes but does it have the beautiful sparkling glitter or whatever is in these beautiful colours sistaco have. You get 30 manicures out those little pots, you would pay that & more for 1 manicure.
