I have a question. I do this a lot and am wondering if it is causing me to not live in the present. I would think about things that are not of my physical reality around but has to do with other concern of my. Such as game or work or relations and many more. Non of which has to do with past or future matters but also not my immediate surroundings either. So what is that consider and is it bad? Cause I do that naturally all the time.
