"If you could have what superpower, what would it be and why is it the best one?" A topic brought up to a group of friends. Who do you think was right? Let us know in the comments! Thanks for Watching!
People SLEEP on how broken unrestrained shapeshifting would be, as one is essentially immortal, with each cell able to move around and operate at will. And biomass wouldn’t be a problem. See a tree, consume a tree, and BAM, your a giant mass of eldritch tentacles and eyes that can spook people.
wait... unrestrained shapeshifting basocally means you can turn into anything with any power, making unrestrained shapeshifiting the GOAT of all powers
@@DeezerNutss Absorb a random planet or multiple and since you have control over your body completely just condense your self into a smaller body though this might not work but turning most of your body into oxygen and having yourself be connected to the air since its still your cells can be away to offshoot the mass of a planet or just put like most of it on the moon connected by string or somethin idk also it doesnt even have to be bio mass its complete shape shifting you can just absorb anything like a black hole at that point. My idea of unrestrained would be just no limit such as mass its basically spatial or dimensional altering at that point
Shame they didn't mention effortless, limitless, reality manipulation or a variant of it, like probability control. Only potential downside would be irreversibly fucking something up due to ignorance.
Yes, reality control is basically becoming god. You can do literally anything, like give yourself infinite powers. Theres no weakness, but maybe mental downsides. (unless you force yourself to be happy with superpowers, but then is it really real?)
You're kinda required to tweak and add details to powers if you wanna make them work. Like you'd be blind if you made yourself invisible or stopped time, since light has to move and get to your eyes for you to see; you'd age extremely quickly if your cells can still move within stopped time (if you can move at all); assume you'll never work out again if all your tissue becomes invulnerable, or start studying your ass off if you need atomic telekinesis to work. I do agree that, under certain circumstances, time control SSS tier.
Ok, but hear me out here... PROBABLY CONTROL!! Yeeeeah, that's right! If you can control probabilities, you literally control the whole damn universe. Because of quantum tunneling, you can summon black holes of ANY size you want. You control the future. You by default, also have the highest tier of telekinesis, since you can manipulate the probability of matter's velocity, and position making you have instant tellaportation too. But that means you could also make region's with a high-to-almost-certain probability of being somewhere very far away, so you could set up permanent long-term portals to anywhere you want! Which AGAIN... 'by default', gives you weapon summoning, and matter manipulation. But not only THAT! There's also... 😍🥰😋💋❤❣ You ALSO 'by default' can make yourself extremely lucky, or unlucky, if your like being unlucky for whatever reason. Technically... you can manipulate others with mind control, by controlling their brain's matter to a precise degree to think and feel how you want... but that's not even necessary! Because normal actions that are super lucky, can set you up in the right position for people to feel the way you want them to. Making mind control, while also possible, weirdly *obsolete.* Like when Harry Potter drank Feelixfaliciouse and became super lucky to get Slughorn to give him his memory of Tom Riddle. Except to a MUCH greater degree, more perks, and perfect control. Heck, you could even theoretically stop the expansion of the universe by just holding everything still, or, if the heat death of the universe has already happened, you can just make the probability of finding all the matter in the universe 100% certain to be in one place, and cause a "big-bounce" restarting the universe! You could even change the probability of matter to make ALL natural trajectories become reversed, or changed instantly to a different state like one from the past, *also giving you time travel!* Sort of time travle, anyway. This is why "Probability Manipulation" is the natural successor to telekinesis, and is the best basic superpower, outside of overly thought out god-like superpowers, like wish granting and stuff. This is just a no-brainer easy to understand superpower that is super-broken if you know how to use it to get the most out of it. Just saying... 😌
@@lorrainebrunner2490 you just described a god-like power Once you go beyond manipulating exclusively and absolute uncertain outcomes, you're thinking of reality warping
@@Doctor_Devil well no, not 'absolute' certain outcomes. Just overwhelmingly likely outcomes. Like turning something that's a 0.001% chance into a 99.9999999999999999% chance. It's literally just controlling dumb luck, which is ironically just a part of irl nature. In the real world, non of these things are reality warping, they're just random events in nature... Genie wishes are WAY more overpowered. Because those are actual reality warping. Like, creating new laws for the univers. Oh you want actual MAGIC to be real??? You want Shonan Anime rules to applie? You want to create universes, or just suddenly gain more super powers??? Well *"wish granted!"* See what I mean? Probably Controlling just seems totally busted and god-like, like reality warping, because I've pointed out its many uses. And all the stuff that can be done with it. The power itself though, is super simple. 👌 It's easy to understand. . . And doesn't require extra addendums. . . It's simple, overpowered, practical for any use, and has literally no downsides. It doesn't even require brain power or thought to use, especially for things like transmutation of matter. Because it's luck based, you don't have to think about how to manipulate things into place. Like how if you won the lottery. You wanted to win. You intended to win, when you bought the ticket. But you didn't have a strategy, or need to think about it. It just... happens, because of luck. As for the time travel part: this wouldn't be like creating a new coffee mug out of nothing. THAT would be reality warping. This would be like dust turning into glass shards, before randomly falling into place and creating new material bonds, to form a completely new cup. Like a glass cup breaking, but the other way around. Or skipping the process to get to the end outcome. By manipulating the chances of material being found in a place that makes sense to create a part of a. mug Physically, nothing has changed except the chances of something happening. Even the sub-Super-Power "time manipulation" can be explained with irl physics.
So the 2 best superpowers are time control and reality manipulation but i choose time control bc i can rewind time so i cant make a mistake ever again Alright reality manipulation is better
When you think in the concept of behavioral economics our actions are a factor of us attempting to achieve our perceive self-interest as part of our environment. To nominatively distract our selves til we die necessitating a carrot on a stick Basically our actions are define by a lack of choice, so with reality powers having infinite choices, but not a marginal beneficial reason for any of them would mean we’re trapped in a stalemate, like Alien X
Omniscience is probably the best super-power, imagine knowing everything and the answer to everything, how to beat time control, invulnerability, invisibility, mind swaying and flight.
Depends how much the power corrects for its flaws. If Physics is still in place. Then super intelligence (think the movie limitless) is probably the the best you can hope for. Personally I always been attracted to cloning abilities with ability to make gear (think Shadow clones from Naruto) because throwing manpower and man hours at a problem can fix anything. Shadow clones also allow for collective experience like learning which is super useful. And then one I think is just straight broken is a save menu. Think about it, this is the real super power of all video game characters the chance to try again. The reason the save menu over just normal time manipulation is you can set different timelines and utility saves. For instance you could create a save in a library with a couple of friends as advisors and when ever you run into a problem you can simply make a new save and return to that library to brainstorm and look for a solution. Or a save were you take a huge loan and have free time. And if you ever need to go learn a skill you load that up and boom money and time to go find a class and learn that skill.
You bringing up the concept of a save system for time manipulation does make me realize that there is a pretty big downside to this power. And to explain it, I shall be using one of the internet’s favorite games to better explain my point: Undertale. In Undertale, long before Frisk is a part of the picture, Flowey possesses a form of time manipulation, the save and reset system. Because of this, he had absolute control over everything, as he could always reset everything and see how things go in every possible way. At first, he used this power to find out the best way to help everyone and become everyone’s friend. But after some time, he became bored as everyone else became predictable. So he began to do some pretty horrible things, as he began to kill people just to see what would happen depending on how cruel he was and what unspeakable actions he performed. And throughout all that time, he became the Flowey we all know and fear today. While some my argue that it was inability to feel love, or just the fact that he killed someone and became more accustomed to it that led to his descent into madness, I think that one of the biggest contributors to Flowey becoming Flowey was his power over time. I’m sure anyone would become just as mentally unsound once they ran out of things to do. As another example, in the movie Groundhog Day, Bill Murray (playing Phil Conners) became so depressed after living the same day over and over, haveing run out of things to do and losing hope of ever being free of his time loop, he committed suicide multiple times hoping that it might help him escape his nightmare. My point is, being able to have such a degree of control over time can take a toll on you, psychologically. It can take a while, but once you’ve read every book, burned every book, won every game, lost every game, befriended everyone, and killed everyone, the biggest weakness for time control is your own mind.
@@nothingtoseehere5829 well in Groundhog Day the suicides were before the skills because he starts learn after he comes up with a goal to impress the girl. I think the book all You need is kill shows this better. it is not the endless time it is the isolation. When God created man in the Bible he said that It is not good for man to be alone so he created women. You need someone, an equal to complete you. Someone different but similar. If you don’t have that you will go insane. If you don’t have something outside yourself as a foundation you have nothing to anchor your morality or identity to which will drive you to insanity very quickly.
Also on shadow clones, they don’t have a fixed place they spawn in relation to you, nor a fixed pose. So you could control where they spawn. You can, for example, momentarily spawn a clown above tree level to get a view of the area. Or you could upper cut someone into the air and a clone could slam them into the ground.
complete and total electricity or sound manipulation. both can be extremely overpowered if they are used in the right way, and electricity manipulation gives you access to hella other powers too
With perfect electrokinesis and perfect electricity creation and deletion, you can just kill people. Since the brain works with electric signals, you can overload it, electrocute it like anything else, or just take away the thing that makes it work in the first place. Very op.
@@victorvirgili4447 that's what im saying... not to mention electromagnetism, the ability to create light and heat through electricity, you can turn off people's senses, control parts of their bodies... electricity control is definitely one of the most op powers
Here is how you make these powers as strong as possible: Invisibility - Only I can see anything that is touching me Splanation: Brings together all the stuff that was brought up & you also can make it become visible if you want Invulnerability - Nothing can touch me without my direct consent for it to touch me Splanation: Noone & nothing can touch you now Telekinesis - I can make anything I want to move, move Splanation: You can then force anything to move, even the earth Time Control - I can effect time for anything that isn't touching me Splanation: Now it won't effect you & you can choose if you want someone else to join you Mind Control - I can get anyone to do what I wish to happen Splanation: Well,. basically the same thing, but there may be some hidden abilities if it allows you to ask the impossible Mine? I can create anything I have seen. Splanation: Even if it doesn't exist, it can still be created
If we go for broken,Then, Mine would be that I can manipulate probability of anything and anyone Explanation is that no-one stands up to me as I can cause the apocalypse , cause them to lose their powers, or give myself unlimited powers
@@shadowkazim7723 Probability Control is quite interesting, but you'd have to be careful of how you use it. Changing how one thing happens, may make something much worse happen.
You can also do that with gravity manipulation, with the added benefit of even more applications (flying, emulating Alcubierre warp drive and thus FTL speed, wormholes for transporting objects and people, etc.).
Definitely good villain power, not on S-Tier. Gravity Manipulation. My Definition: You can change the gravitational force of any object/atom at will. Uses: Flight. Just pull yourself like a gravity slingshot. Instakill people. Crush their bodies into fine powder. Torture. Make it so gravity oulls on them so they're in constant pain, but not dying. Profit. Use your powers to help simulate conditions for landing on other astronomical bodies. Get hired at SpaceX or something similar for maximum money. Portable Stars/Blackholes. Make gravity incredibly strong around a single point where elementa such as Hydrogen and Oxygen are, (the atmosphere,) by my understanding, this could create a black hole. Also, no one can escape your monologues.
gravity is one of the best ones, as you can create a blackhole, literally crush cities at a time, and literally make the moon crash to earth (although that would result in a catastrophic event.
Light bending It can be used for: far sight, invisibility, blinding enemies, making it night instantly (visually) making yourself invisible to infrared cameras, trick people into seeing things that aren't there, make light in peoples eyes to make only them see something that isnt there, make people see things from only specific angles and with no downsides You can even fix damage done to your eyes (not actually fix it but recreate objects infront of you within your eyes)
i don't wanna ignore the fact this video was taken long, but this is hilarious as hell i keep bursting out laughing even though i know of myself i don't laugh usually the ideas of abilities, the jokes and funny dialogues, it's all good
I always thought that mind based powers would have the side effect of taking everything your mind thinks and doing it, as how most mental powers are found in movies and comics is that they're done unconsciously. So if you get angry at a loved one and lose control, then there's a very real chance of killing them with your mind powers, more so if it's something like telekinesis, mental manipulation also has the real danger of just erasing a person but leaving the body. Also the super power I see as the one with the least downsides is unrestrained precognition, the ability to basically look at life like a decision tree makes it so you can pretty much avoid being caught nearly all the time. The only downside I can think of is getting a headache from trying to remember all of it.
For me it is one of these two: Omnireplication - I can replicate myself and can pursue many different paths in life simultaneously and can gain knowledge in vastly different fields. Perfect for me as I have too many ambitions in life. Event Experiencing - Basically predicting the future and experiencing past events for myself without creating time paradoxes. If I can also use a camera to record these events I would do that. Otherwise I would pick Time Manipulation
best superpower: emotional abilities you see.... that is technically many many different abilities shoved into one, but it still counts as one power since it's just weaponizing/utilizing feelings: anger based abilities, love based, lust based, happiness based etc. etc., and it can affect both you and others, and you can use both your feelings and the ones of others; and some of the applications of these are broken as fu--, for example the whole anger thing and being a berserker can make you adapt and gain new abilities; and things like love and lust abilities can involve seduction very easily, with things like love being capable of involving basically healing and another power p and lust shapeshifting
I already know this one, and i’ve thought about it 3 trillion times. The ability to summon any item, person, object, no matter the size, if it’s fictional of not, and even if its living. Basically being able to create matter with your very hands. You just need to think about the item first, and it will appear. If I had one wish, this would be it. This power gives you the authority of a god. Being able to do basically anything. This is why I love open world games. You can shape and form the earth around you with almost no limitations.
If you have reality control as a superpower, you can not only do that but also do everything else: control time/location/acceleration, add new powers to yourself or others, or litteraly redefine the universes and their laws.
This video is actually so good wait what??? Also complete spatial control would be unbeatable, could literally just move around anything to any amount, become a god, float around in a bubble of Carbon steel to become invincible and you can always just move the ground and go under instantly closing it off and just escape that way from police then go somewhere else, you could also spatial rend yourself to change appearance if you’re a good doctor
The TRUE best super power is granting any type of wish anytime and infinitely you truly desire. You can wish for protection, other super powers, etc. and etc.
The best superpower is anything you draw turns real, cuz if u draw a time machine or a button that makes you invisible or flying boots, you get that powers
So first off people have already mentioned shapeshifting, but heres a random power i had in a dream that’s kinda broken depending on the scale of it: chemical reaction enhancement. Basically in my dream, i had the power to make chemical reactions supernaturally powerful. This allowed for stuff like enhanced strength (enhancing the reactions within my own cells), turning small flames into fireballs, and turning sparks into massive bolts of lightning. Id argue that, overall, this would be definitely on the stronger side of things
I love how they Ace Attorney characters talking devolves into them all calling each other gay. They all are. Meanwhile, what power would I have? Creating Knives that can be thrown to mind control or absorb energy from people, and can be telekinetically controlled which lets me fly. Idk.
Telekinesis gets really strong if you know every way you could potentially use it. Though that kinda applies to most powers, you have to find the technicalities and exploit them well to use it well(which is part of why Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is so interesting: even some of the theoretically weakest powers can be deadly and some of the strongest ones are nigh unstoppable from how they’re actually used)
My power would be over probability. It is the most practical power, because you can change everything to be in your favour. About to start a fight? The probability that your opponent lands even one punch can be made 0%. Low on money? Change it to a 100% chance of reaching into your pocket and pulling out a grand. Need to use a power but don't have it? Try it anyway and change the probability of pulling it off correctly to 100% to use everything possible.
You've got to think to do it, though, so it's not exactly armour, as you have to think about it beforehand and set it up. But that is a pretty apt comparison. You could also use it to fuck with people, if you know what to do.
@@legendarytat8278 If you think about it, nothing is guaranteed; so as long as it's not known that the one with the power can change the likelihood of things happening, it's technically probability. At the end of the day, the probability could be made anything between 0-100%, and I was explaining how powerful control over odds can be. And it can fit the user too - you want things to be fair? Make everything a 50/50 chance. Want to take risks? Stack it in the other person's favour, it's simply all about the user's wants at that moment
Probability is just substitute factor for what we can’t measure and between estimates Meaning if I threw ball with a reasonable amount of force then it wouldn’t hit you given it don’t take up all of the reasonable range it hits Same if Someone with precision aimed a brand new quality insured gun gun with care and handling then fired. By probability their could be around a 0% you will not get shot
Reality control, I've always said that reality control is overpowered as hell, just change reality to where youre immortal, or stop time, or literally anything
This just looks like a Terraria crafting tree now Time control + telekinesis: vector control Vector control + emotional abilities + a lot of control: reality manipulation
Shape-shifting is unbeatable. Turn into a bird, a fish, an ant, a new face, ideal body, insane muscle mass, dense bones, skin into scales, night vision, claws, horns, prehensile tail, gills, wings, camouflage, venom, sharp spines, shell, regeneration, electric touch (eels), perfect sight, enhanced senses, and so on. Heck those are just from animals/enhancements
I think if we exclude reality manipulation and vector control for being several powers mashed together, time manipulation is the most powerful. In a fight, you can punch the opponent 20000000 times with no drawbacks (except maybe broken hand but oh well) or throw them off the nearest cliff, even if it’s 20 miles away. Truly op.
If we're talking about practical use , i say Teleportation, you can go anywhere in a second, if someone with a stronger power come, just teleport away, and it have less risk than time control, as it can't cause a time paradox, if you wanna do evil stuff and all, you just gotta teleport to where the object is and teleport back to where you came, so it's my choice, well, if you can control it..., Any superpower would just be a curse if you can't control it
Time control is one of my favorite superpowers, but if you stop or reverse time you can't see because the light rays won't hit your eyes and that sucks.
If you could have the superpower equivalent of the Mario star then your life would be a nightmare. Everything you touch is destroyed? Not just your enemies, which I doubt you'll have from the start of your powers, but everyone dear to you could possibly die. Uou wouldn't have a home anymore, it'd be wrecked. You'd probably even die of hunger.
Haven't seen anyone talk about gravity manipulation, but it's a pretty great power Works like telekinesis but everything is gravity based, your body would fly due to low gravity or be dragged to anywhere, or even slam down their body to the ground and they can't get up due to high gravity. Well maybe it's same as telekinesis but a bit different I guess
I’ve played round with this idea before, you can essentially travel anywhere at terminal velocity, but it’d be scary as hell. Its like those minecraft sideways world droppers, but you’re falling towards the sky/horizon.
@@0x6a09 maybe it was just a moment of rage from him cutting in line Like dam that bastard are rude so they probably not explode but probably something would happen to him
The power to turn other people and things invisible to everyone but me at will, without alerting them that anything has changed. Useful for a good laugh.
ok but the telekinesis guy had a point All the other powers have really specific or absurd uses (aside from time control maybe) but telekinesis would absolutely be used in daily life. For one you can just use telekinesis to essentially give yourself super strength; you never have to struggle lifting furniture again. You can also respond to threats incredibly effectively; it might not be true invulnerability, but any mugger that doesn't shoot you immediately can be disarmed freakishly easily. You can fly, as stated in the video, and by extension fall from any height; you're effectively the world's best parachutist. You can break out of any containment cell (though disarming a military squadron may be more risky than a mugger). You can quite possibly convince people you are god and start a cult. And best of all, you never need to ask if anyone can pass the salt ever again.
Ok hear me out. How about.... Being so smart you can create anything? Like, Invulnerability? BAM. A shield generator. Invisibility? BAM. A watch that bends light around you (you can probably make it just by changing the invulnerability thing a little). Time manupilation? BAM. You get the idea.
There’s a lot of issues with it, remember everything moves, the earth spins, and everything is moving at speeds strong enough to send you out of earth at 20 times the escape velocity.
How about just being Sun Wukong. Cool enought for me. You get to be quadruple immortal and have 72 lives. It takes 3 mountains to keep you down or a mountain with a fancy seal. You can fly, shapeshift. Teriffy every god in all the major chinese religions and as a bonus ur now a monky so i can truly say i reverted to monke
time manipulation is correctly the best power, depending on the level of precision it comes with. Its good in all aspects Quality of Life: S tier Thievery: S tier Power: S tier Speed: Technically infinite Defense: S tier Travel: C tier. (technically takes 0 time if you do this during stopped time, but you will still have to manually travel, losing mental time. Or you could speed up traveling on a plane, but you still lose actual time.) abilities: 1 Stop time, do anything you want, dodge an attack, walk away, steal something, literally save time. 2 Murder. You can kill someone by fast forwarding time on every part of their body except for their brain, lets say you make them age 1 year per second, this will make them die of starvation and thirst after less than 5 fast forward days which will happen almost instantaneously. 3 Rewind time. no risk of a paradox if you don’t time travel but instead manipulate the present, like stopping the timeline, moving it back while retaining memory of it, and fast forward it while not affecting yourself. Basically the functionality of this is reversing anything that happened if you’re on the brink of death and doing it differently the next time, winding back time after getting rejected, or whenever you make a mistake.
I would put Travel to B tier You could skip forward in time, (Im not talking about time travel or Fast forwarding, think king crimson from golden wind) so even tho you lose actual time, your perception would make it instant, unless you skiped time during stoped time, if that makes sense
The answer to this question is so easy every time even if it’s boring it’s always reality manipulation you essentially get all of them no question asked
but that would be boring, think outside the box, even for a little bit, gravity maniupulation, the manipulation of cartoon logic, one person even said telekenetic mind control knives
I feel like everyone neglected to mention one particularly OP power, even if it has terrible side effects like you die after using it. Reality manipulation, for obvious reasons
@@geckoo7770 stupid people and I mean really stupid people do not make mistakes, they perform these unpredictable actions fully believing they are right.
Space manipulation, basically all matter bends to my will. I will be known as Choros the God of Space. Delete anything I want, warp distance, create anything I want. Depending in the potency I can theoretically delete anything I want.
I reckon that Light Manipulation (I guess it'd be called lumikinesis?) would be a pretty darn useful ability. Even on just a surface level, you can manipulate what you and what everyone else around you sees, which would make it double as both invisibility and the ability to create Illusions, or just straight up blind people. You could also see things outside your normal field of vision, like around corners, or a completely different room. And if you want an offensive use case, well, lasers ARE just light. But then you get into the underlying physics of what Photons do, and hoo boi things start to get crazy.
No one bringing up the power to control water, I mean, you can create advanced weaponry with ice at will, control people as humans are mostly water, boil them from the inside or freeze them in place.
People sleep on Pain Absorption/Distribution. You practically cannot get hurt and depending what form of media, you have times the strength you got hit by. So by just putting yourself in danger like jumping off a building you are a super human due to the amount of pain you were supposed to feel. But I would put it in like C tier at best. Because someone with telekinesis can just condense you to the point you become a black hole. Then there's super speed, which is *never* used to It's best ability in any form of media, Mass X Acceleration, you can punch someone at the speed of sound they instant die, nobody can keep up with you. I'd put it at S tier because depending how fast you got you can practically skip time at light speed. And all the punches you must throw, it will have the force of Zeus slapping you. And then there's GOD TIER abilities like Toon Force. You cannot lose with Toon Force unless you actively find it funny to lose. And there's absurd abilities like Chuck Norris's where you have the opposite of what people normally do, like "When he does push ups, he's not pushing up, he's pushing the earth down." or "Scientists discovered that his roundhouse kick has the force of the big bang." And then there's AMAZO. Which isn't broken unless you're in a world with hundreds of super human people, A.M.A.Z.O can copy anyone's abilities by looking at them. Invincibility is broken, it's the act of being too powerful to be defeated, so invulnerability but better. Shapeshifting without limits it's already explained why It's broken. Altering DNA of yourself is criminally underrated, It's like Ben 10 but you can just make up shit while you go and become anything. Granted you'd need a wide amount of knowledge to do this, but in a world of superhumans I BET there's at-least ONE omniscient person who's willing to transfer 1% of his info into you.
invincibility is absolute dogshit, most of your infinite life is going to be spent doing nothing, sitting in an empty void wondering why you didnt choose immortality, an objectively better superpower because you can, die and for superspeed to be practical, you basically have to ignore newtons 3rd law
Guys why can’t you just say the ability to be boundless/ do anything It’s dumb but you can define it as a superpower A superpower is an exceptional power/ability This fits under this definition, does it not?
A problem for me in this debate is the mental toll some powers would have. If you could pause or turn back time, you would feel really lonely and you'd likely lose the feeling of importance in hard decisions. Immortality is obvious. OP powers like "probability control" (which is bs btw) or omniscience would leave you with no goals in life, nothing to desire or work for. Then powers like speed and strength and flight are too conspicuous so you'd be caught. I think a superpower that helps you with things but doesnt break you/make you obvious is the best. E.g. invisibility at will, telekinesis, teleportation, etc. As long as you're careful with these, you won't get caught, and they only enhance your life rather than make it meaningless
@@megaedeath8063 and that would (at the speed you're suggesting) still be impractical outside of rural areas or travels across different countries or continents
well, the reason you cant lift anything is because you cant sustain the gravity of the object (ofc) so if your invincible theoretically you should be able to atleast carry that item without being damaged
Y’all realise that if you can manipulate matter itself, you’re essentially a god, right? Clearly the best one. Edit: Oh wait that’s just telekinesis. Still broken af tho.
Time control is cool Jojo reference moments You can time stop, time erase, speed up time, reverse time, and slow down time. If you can time stop infinitely (it’s impossible since time stopping will break air molecules and make you pause yourself/pause light a stuff, but let’s say it’s possible) you can rob banks and do so many stuff. You can rob a store without anyone noticing. You can jerk of- Time erase, jojo. It’s practically useless comparing to the others. But yea, skipping time is useful. Speed up time, if you want a day to be done. Speed up time until it’s morning, if you’re on a 5 hour car ride. Speed it up! It’s endless. Reverse time, redo every mistake you made while avoiding death. Slow down time, slower time stop (ironic) but basically all the perks of stop time.
I wish i had the super power to have complete control of my sleep and by that i mean: being able to sleep immediatly, not waking up tired, wake up after a certain amount of time etc
The truly best one spacial/gravitational manipulation you can speed or slow time you can move objects like telechenises you can fly where you want you can practically teleport via wormholes or rifts and oh so much more
Amateurs, we all know the best super power is the ability to give yourself any super power you want whenever you want. It has all the pros of all other super powers combined.
I really like the idea of Technomancy, or the ability to control and/or alter any tech. So, I can just create a whole bunch of money that doesn't exist, give it to myself and then buy a private island where I don't have to see anyone again. Controlling Kinetic and Potential Energy at will like Gambit would also be cool.
Transmutation, can instantly give muscle or change body to become stronger be able to summon weapons from thin air and able to be taller than you ( granted the vacuum would cause a shockwave)
Well, the one superpower I'd want is gravity manipulation. You can do all sorts of things with it - make yourself fly, make enemies too heavy to move, pound said enemies inside the ground, possibly generate miniature black holes. You could even emulate the Alcubierre warp drive and achieve faster-than-light speed. You could also draw in and push back objects and people, meaning you could handle a villain by pushing them through the stratosphere into outer space (basically, gravity gives you telekinesis). ...Heck, you'd be a one-man spaceship launch pad. Oh, right, gravity manipulation could also give you the ability to create wormholes... and a great way to prank people. Make wormholes in two different rooms, and then pick up objects someone is working with and then drop them through the wormhole into the other room. Can also be used to transport a ton of people quickly. This is why I made my MCU fan-character a gravity user (and a support type superhero).
Super speed in my opinion is the best as not only can you run at least at the speed of sound, but you 1 can partially fly if going fast enough over a hill 2 have some sort of invulnerability as you going from 100+ mph to 0 in a couple feet if you were to hit a wall or something it would normally turn you body into a smoothie. 3 have super strength because of you being able to transfer your energy of speed into force 4 ability to kinda control time ( might be stretching on this one though ) as you would have insane reaction times and 5 super speed obviously. so it's a 5 in 1 ability
The superpower to get any superpower I want once I sing a song about it. That way, I can describe exactly what limitations and functions my power has. Like the power to telecinetically fixate every non-gas substance except myself within 10km relative to the earth. I could effectively stop time but still move. And now imagine what else I could do, as long as I can sing a song about it.
Teleportation or Light/Energy Manipulation is easily the best. Teleportation basically makes you omnipresent and is great in practicality. A downside would be a 10-15 second cooldown. As for light/Energy Manipulation, just imagine being Captain Marvel from the MCU. A downside could be a cost to your own stamina, so it isn't limitless.
My one is the ability to conjure any videogame item, with no restrictions and logical extension of it's abilities to real life objects and/or other videogames. For example, you summon the celestial starboard and soaring insignia from terraria, you no longer need to walk anywhere.
