Yes... SB19 didn't "COPY" K-pop, they're just "INSPIRED" and "ADOPTED" what they've learned. Just like how Kpop got inspired with Jpop and HipHop (Originated in USA) and adopted it. Song that written in Filipino, made by a Filipino and performed by a Filipino is literally PNOY MUSIC (OPM/PPOP).

Not a fan of any boyband before. But when I learned about this group, there is something about SB19 that will make you fall in love with them immediately. Aside from Pure talent and looks. This group has a heart of gold. Now I've been binge watching all their videos and vlogs since their debut. I wanna see them achieve greater heights and inspire more people.

Chuck had some lapse there when he mentioned Stell's sense of humor instead of being good at CHOREOGRAPHY because he mentioned all the members' other talents and just a personality for Stell (although he'd be a great comedian and talk show host, I must say). But overall, he did an amazing documentary.

I watched your Toni Talks and Korean interview reaction yesterday and I see you cry again today. 🥺 Yes. These boys have gone through a lot and I couldn’t believe how people even created issues to demean them. But these boys really stood up against all criticisms and just focused on their music. Instead of getting pulled into the negativity, they used those criticisms to make themselves better and even create songs out of it (ex. Bazinga). And with their music, they not only touched their fan’s soul but also reached out to their haters to make them listen.

I think it was good that SB19 were a bit older when they reached stardom, I mean the maturity really shows from how they handle stress to how they react or not react to their haters. Since they were one of the first, they experienced the full brunt of hate and negativity and eventually paved the way that made it easier for newer groups to succeed in the industry.

SB19 really does inspires people to raise the flag of Philippines WITH THEM, it's like a movement/revolution and Alamat is one of those who looks up to SB19 and just like SB19, they want to raise the Philippine Flag internationally. I think some hate their music cause they can't understand the lyrics and the meaning behind the songs . All the guys are talented.

In 26:48 they were performing at a School Campus when Stell twisted his ankle. Though in pain, he continued performing like nothing happened. He would have finished the song if not for Tatang Robin (the Founder of ShowBT) stepping in and pulling him out. Although he was pulled out, he still chose to continue singing. The other members were worried (they were throwing glances at what's happening) but still continued performing and adjusted impromptu for the absence of Stell in the choreo. After this, Stell needed to rest at the hospital because his feet was very swollen.

If only they have the financial support, they would have exceeded earlier, but they started from scratch!!! But they created everything by themselves, they wrote their own songs and did their own choreography. Look at the outcome, it looks like a product of professionals!!!

I honestly love kdramas. But not really into Kpops. That's the reason why when I heard about sb19 going to the top, I ignored it.. not because I don't like them or their music. But because I didn't try listening to their music, which I regret not doing so. If only I did, I could have watched them perform here in singapore 💔🥺I've tried kpops but I really didn't fell for it. I'm a granny who sticks with west pop music. I just accidentally watched a reaction video of sb19 that in just seconds of their performance hooked me and made me binge on listening and watching them whole day 'til night and I don't mind hearing it over and over again. That only proves that it doesn't really have to be like in korean style to be liked and known for. 'Coz not everyone like kpop. It's just their talent are screaming well enough to be known internationally. To those who are saying rudes things to them, please don't take the credit away from individuals who were really born with talent and worked hard to enhance it, it's heartbreaking.

My understanding is Kpop is produced by a Korean creative team, Jpop a team of Japanese and hence if it's produced by a team of Filipinos then it's Ppop. They're not Kpop wannabees because the creative team behind their music and overall musical identity is composed of Filipinos (at least mainly if they perchance collaborated with non-Filipino talents). They will only be kpop wannabees if Koreans are the creative team behind them and they sing Korean-language songs and perform in Korea trying to share the Korean stage with other Kpop artists, but they're not doing any of that so they're not Kpop wannabees. And to the ignorant who says they sound kpop--kpop sound isn't even uniquely Korean, it sounds like American pop only with Korean lyrics. I'm not hating on Kpop, I'm a Stay and I admit I got into SB19 because their Bazinga song elicits a similar kind of musical style as Stray Kids' (even Ken's deep voice reminds me of Felix's) but I never thought they're trying to be kpop. Both Kpop and Ppop and all other something-pops are clearly influenced by American pop so let's all just appreciate their talent and their music and be thankful that the internet allows us to access and enjoy all the different talents around the world.

there management really thought them well how to handle those kinds of interview and i really believe tatang robin and miss hong ganda really loved the boys. without those performing in nursing homes , hotels and malls without people watching them that really mold them to be who they are now. Also the management really gives them the freedom to express what they want on the song and mv.
