Ingredients and cooking method:
1 grated potato.
Flush with water.
Sauté 1 (red or white) chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.
Put the onion in a bowl.
Grease the pan with 50 g butter.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 eggs, 1 chopped onion, salt, pepper, a bunch of chopped parsley, 80 ml water to the fried onion. mix it up
Turn the potatoes over and place 4 pieces of cheese on top.
