RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
After boiling the water, cook 3 large potatoes (400g) for about 20 minutes.
Add 3 sprigs of spring onion and a bunch of parsley.
Mix 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper
Drain and peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Put potatoes in it.
Add 50 g of butter.
Add salt and pepper, some thyme.
Baked until golden brown.
Add the eggs and smooth them out.
Cover and fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Grate 50 g of cheese.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and wait until it melts.
