Ingredients:
3 potatoes.
Cut into thin circles.
Boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
Grate 120 g of hard cheese.
Cut off 3 sprigs of green onions.
Mix 3 chicken eggs, green onions, a pinch of salt and pepper, 120 ml milk and half of the grated cheese. Add potatoes and stir.
Pour into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes.
