This is just about the only eggless cookie recipe you’ll ever neeed!!! Trust me on this! It’s perfectly chewy and whole wheat at that! It’s my family’s favourite cookie 🍪

Ingredients-
1/2 cup or 110 g unsalted butter - ₹52
1 cup atta or 130 grams - ₹5
1/4 tsp salt - 0
1/2 tsp baking soda - ₹0.5
1/3 cup or 66 g caster sugar - ₹6.66
1/3 cup or 66 g brown sugar - ₹8.4
2 tbsp milk or 30 ml - ₹1.5
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or dark compound chunks - ₹14 (I have put good quality dark chocolate, and I suggest you do the same if budget isn’t an issue)
Bake at 170 C for 10 mins
Final total -
₹88
₹12 balance for miscellaneous expenses like electricity, more chocolate, etc.
