I’m just learning and sometimes I have fun making up stuff and doing comics but when I’m not feeling that creative I either copy stuff or try and learn fundamentals.

It’s happen when you get in freeze mode, cause our brain purpose is keep us safe so it’s shot down the prefrontal cortez and put the funtion into the pituitary, middle side of the brain to keep us safe.. it’s have to be redirected by doing somatic exercises.. same place where the fight, fly, freeze and fond mode is activated in the brain.
