Ingredients:
vegetable oil
Mushrooms - 500 g.
butter - 20 g.
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt
Black pepper
Steamed Rice - 200g.
Meat broth - 400 g (instead of meat broth, you can use mushrooms, vegetables or chicken
If your broth is salty, the rice doesn't need to be salted.
Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
