I once worked for a company who's Accountancy Manager got on like this guy, all meek and mild and timid, seemingly. Any questioning of his perceived 'authority', he turned into a rude, rancid, throughly vile piece of work...
@@Zooumberg Hmmmm... "coming to foreign lands and dictating how the indigenous should behave" now that sounds VERY familiar, where do I know that from? Oh yeah, it's literally a perfect description of what the British for hundreds of years! LMAO What a ridiculous and very ironic thing for you to say!
@@Zooumbergbrown shoes is the standard for matching with blue dress trousers, that parts fine. It’s wearing them with a grey fleece and hi vis that’s the style no no 😂
@@user-cg3dg5ne6u You just made that up, because in the U.K The Civil Aviation Act 1982, Section 76, states that no action can be taken in respect of trespass or nuisance due to the flight of an aircraft over any property at a reasonable height. No one is going to test the definition of a reasonable height in a court for a 250g drone, they would be laughed at.
@@Right-Turn-Clyde If the airspace is public, why do the CAA advise it could amount to trespass if the flight interferes with another person’s ordinary use and enjoyment of land and the structures upon it. Surely you can't trespass unless your in private airspace?
PEOPLE JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND FREEDOM TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS IN PUBLIC. THEY THINK YOU NEED PERMISSION. IF ONLY THEY HAD A TATTOO ON THE BACK OF THEIR HAND READING "I CAN FILM EVERYTHING MY EYES CAN SEE".! REGULATIONS AND PERMISSIONS ARE A CREEPING PROCESS. IF THE REGULATORS HAVE THEIR WAY YOU WOULD NEED A PERMIT TO FILM (a charge would be levid of course to pay the thousands of pen pushers to admin the scheme) THEN THEY WOULD TURN TO DRIVING CARS: AGAIN A PERMIT REQUIRED.(more money and even more pen pushers) YOU WOULD HAVE TO EACH DAY COMPLETE A DECLARATION STATING YOUR DESTINATION NAMES OF PASSENGERS AND CARGO. THE POLICE WOULD LOVE THIS BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE A RECORD OF YOUR TIME, PLACE AND DESIGNATION EVERY Day ETC ETC ETC. THIS IS WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO AS GOVERNMENT VIA THE POLICE ERRODE OUR FREEDOMS. THIS IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBURGE LEADING TO TOTALITATIUM.
Outside toilet lawyers strike again. It makes me chuckle how they create laws as they go along only to be exposed as complete loony tunes in a few weeks when they get shown your video. The phone ringing cracked me up, thanks for a smiley day 👏👏😂😂 I can see you rising to the top echelons of auditors very soon. Good luck .
I am so hopelessly fascinated by watching peoples incredibly stupid reactions to cameramen and drones..the only reaction I AM able to understand is if someone feels shy about being filmed or being on camera, that IS fairly normal but all of the angry, why are you doing it? you can't do it, it's not allowed, it's against the law, type of responses are so utterly insane.
You seen nothing yet . wait till the religious institute audits . make these interactions look like a tea party . Assault, theft. attempted vehicle assault, street exorcism performed against a persons will . clergy caught conspiring with the cops . Well to do folk you never think in a million years would act in such an uncivilized and hostile manner..
These reactions start from a feeling that they don't like or understand what the auditor's doing, which turns into a feeling they must be doing something wrong, and then their brains frantically try to connect the dots and create reasons for why it is wrong.
@@peterhemmings2929 Personally i have a phobia of cameras due to being a unwilling subject in candid shots at photography clubs outings . but cameras were a novelty back in the day.and i was the only 6 yr old with a camera in my neighbourhood . folk used to apologize and duck to avoid being in the frame and make every effort not to disturb you . But my personal feelings regarding being filmed do not trump another persons right to keep me accountable and transparent for their own well being .They don't know me from Adam and have no idea what i am capable of , if filming me benefits them then no harm done .
@@scotttchviski6706 I flew my drone over Stratford upon Avon at the weekend. Guess I'm in serious trouble as that's a lot of private properties: thousands!
Love how they say" Well we are government" as far as I'm concerned that would give you even more rights to video it because as a member of the public, you're a part owner. What also narks me is folk don't understand that just because land is private it doesn't mean that that no members of the public are allowed on, they just can't grasp the concept that private land can be publicly assessable and usually is unless clearly defined by a physical barrier. Furthermore, the old "You haven't our permission to film private property", like every car that has a dashcam and drives past has to phone them first and ask permission. Gotta love pea brained managers who don't think before they speak.
@user-cg3dg5ne6u I never said it being government gave you right to access. I said gives you right to video. Government property can have restricted access to members of the public just like any private business and I never said otherwise. And yes the law stipulates that you have the right to walk onto any private land unless there is a physical barrier or until the land owner trespasses you and yes when on that land you can do whatever you want as long as its lawful. Does the postman ask you for permission when he walks down your path to post you a letter no because until you trespass him he has the right to do so? I can walk into your garden if your gate is open until you trespass me. I am not allowed to cross a locked gate that would be aggravated trespass and illegal.
All the auditors should start their clothes business with logo :" You are not allowed" On the back :"Show me your identification" and "You have no permission" on side.
@@scotttchviski6706 Well that may be so, but the UK says do what you want unless a law says different. Photography will rarely come into that, unless it's indecent. That's how it works.
@@stuartb4525 True dat! That's the basis of Common Law. All things are permitted unless specifically prohibited. Nice to speak to someone who knows their shit.
Great video ant patience. 👍⭐⭐⭐ In addition to the business description read by Pure Audits, Paragon Customer Communications provides commercial printing services for their clients. Appears they expanded into the adjacent unit around 2018-19 after Baldor/ABB electrical equipment manufacturer moved out. Another trade site summary notes "Paragon Customer Communications is a company that provides business services. It offers risk management, customer engagement, multichannel marketing, recruitment, IT consulting, customer service outsourcing, and other services." Based in London and founded in 2010 with numerous offices across UK and Ireland. Shame they weren't more cordial. Could have noted in 2018 when Kingsdown Printers closed, the Bradley Stoke office reached out to offer interviews for the workers made redundant.
Good job... As a manager for a company top priority is security and their barriers was broken. These types of damage take less than a week to repair. And they can ask for the one who broke it to pay afterwards. But the lazy old man have more important things to do like stopping a lawful activity. He will be replaced...
"You can't video private property" - must be awkward driving to work with a dash cam in your car having to stop and request permission from the owner of every property you pass.
The security card seems to be senile and aggressive. The Facilities Manager knows he is losing so reverts to foul language. Great image for Paragon! and the Manager is as thick as two short planks
The security guard in the orange Hi-Viz spent all of his time representing his employer, "vaping." What has happened to being professional at all times, and why wasn't he spoken by his manager ! I thought he might as well crack open a beer as well !
I'd lay even bets that if not one, all of them have dashcams which, during the course of their journeys to and from work they collect footage of numerous private properties.
This goes higher up than UK law,,,,, ECHR European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms ECHR) is a European treaty in which the human and civil rights of all residents of the member countries are laid down (article 10). allows filming in the public sector, even people in public and in government buildings , everything you can see from public (even if you point into private buildings and sites) you can photo and record it since November 4, 1950, Google Earth (with zoom) google maps, google street view, DRONE LEGISLATION ARISES FROM THIS LAW, cars with a dash cam going by this law
Everyone knows commercial property and residential have different laws, tax’s, planning permission ect yet they seem to forget all that when they see a drone or camera and start giving the old “what if it was your house” argument. It’s like seeing cameras causes brain damage.
When these people state that you need permission to film a building and fly a drone (legally) just ask them "What permission and under what legislation they base that on"?
