1 1/2 bananas
1/2 cup oat flour or all-purpose flour
Less than 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup grape molasses, maple syrup
Less than 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
Mash the bananas with a fork, add the eggs, and mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Grease the baking pan well or use parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Insert a toothpick to ensure it’s fully baked before removing from the oven.
