Ford shafted me I bought a used Ford kuga from a independent car dealer and when I checked the gov website it had 3 recalls outstanding 2 for fire risk and the other cylinder head cracking so I rang them up and they took my registration said they would get bk to me so I checked the gov website again to screenshot them and hey presto recalls had disappeared of website very strange left me worried now about the vehicle

It happened with me on another video, a reply to him and it was removed. Likes to get the last word in. If he doesn't want comments he should just turn them off. Shouldn't be picking and choosing really as he always says "good and bad" different meaning for him though.

Honestly, as long as the staff say no if head office have instructed them to, then they have done their duty if the auditor then leaves. It is up to them if they embarrass themselves in between. A good sales person is likeable and people are more likely to come and buy from them, tbf.
