Often times thermal labels and shipping tape don't mix. Thermal labels are designed to adhere to your shipping box. They have a chemical reaction that prints onto the label creating sometimes water proof or water resistant final product. Tape has chemicals in the adhesive, so the mixture of tape over your thermal label may result in this.
