One day having a glass of black tea, I walked out to a favorite beach of mine and I felt my brain tune into a frequency. I haven't been able share this experience with to many people. I've had a few spiritual experiences that defy words and explanations. Surprisingly, they also often felt isolating. Hi Joe.! Your probably wont read this as you are a very busy guy. I always wonder what reality is. Creation in motion is what i feel is reality and it not quantifiable as it is always in motion and is to grand. Think good thoughts in the love that god is. God is creation in motion and we all are part of God'. The problem we look at the past and think its reality and binds us. Every moment is a new moment to alter....a bit in time. Creating in real time its mind blowing. Ive been there for weeks at a time. I know that clearity. I know its real. It is magnificent. In the flow as i call it is effortless. I even knew what was going to happen before it hsppened. Its one hell of a responsibility. The heart seldom is wrong. When i hold my mind in a pure state of love it happens but it evades me. I just wanted to tell who ever reads this its true there is a state of being attainable that goes so far beyound thoughts you thought possible . It is truly magical.

You can look closer at what is triggering you. They are blocks in your energy and are important to understand why you’re getting triggered. Ofc some things are just about patience (I just ignore the news and watch just enough to know where the world is on certain topics.) I am in control of what I think about and the stress I subject myself to. I can be peaceful in the chaos around me but I have to focus on being peaceful and not allowing random things to disturb my peace. It’s a belief shift. I believe I can and life is unfolding to meet me in that belief. But I after forget and get stuck in my old thoughts and habits. I wish you success and relief on your journey ❤ and one day you’ll be free of the stress. My wish is for that day to be sooner rather than later. Much love to you ❤
