My phone hangs on the kitchen wall. It was my grandfather's. That is the only phone I have. I do not know anybody to waste money on a smartphone. I am also out of cellular service range. I would have to drive about 10 kilometers to get into range. Thus, I do not bother with them. I can not justify wasting $900 for a device that will only work sporadically because of where I live.

I have not had friends nor family since 2000. I do not see the problem with Diane. She is a light weight. I go weeks without seeing anybody. I do not have a cellular phone. If I know nobody and nobody knows me, why bother with one?

Great story. But, it is not a terrifying if one lives alone anyway. I go weeks without seeing humans. It does not bother me. Nobody knows me. It does not bother me in the slightest.
