i dont know much about legal stuff but preston can only legally sue games or the owner of the game if they’ve stolen an exact copy of the pet, item, etc. Preston might also get himself into legal trouble if he continues to sue people

I think the whole pet simulator DMCA’s are a *little* unfair. A lot of pets in games have looked like that for awhile, and I understand it’s similar but at the end of the day everyone’s just making kids games for a community.

the crashing avatar glitch is something I refer to as cloth bomb, it is fixed as person making the giraffe suit/ roblox made it so it can only wrap around your body unlike previosly when it would wrap around everything however the head also wanted to do that so the suit in miliseconds epanded overridding roblox servers and with the shark there was a miss caculation with the holes and cloths would also expand infinitly overridding roblox servers

unless there was a patent on that style of pet it's not legal. The only thing really similar about the pets is that they are both square, but even then there were square pets in games on roblox before Pet Sim X. (in reference to the arm wrestle sim one)

I'm not the type of person to hate on any games or anyone but Preston can't just do that, yes some of the pets look the same but others don't. Like now i'm starting to hate Preston. He's not updating his game and he's expecting to earn money and get players from it and when he's not getting any, he's blaming other games for "Stealing".
