Keep this show going. This is the only major network sports show that doesn’t make me cringe. The show feels like talking football with your football smart friends. So far thats who he has been, an “Almost there” coach, you’re absolutely right. I will say this, Andy has shown me the last 6 weeks that hes willing to win different ways. He is willing to coach it slow, be patient let his offense get 7, and trust his defense to hold. The defense has been impressive, but it has been because the offense has been patient, led long drives, and that always helps the defense.

KC: 38 HOU: 20 Watson sacked 7 times against Buffalo, barely won. KC had multiple starters out last time they played and now have Suggs. HOU won only by a score against a hurt Mahomes and injured team. KC's defense much improved, Houston's defense (particularly the secondary) is suspect. Houston is going home.

Andy Reid not focused on the SB???? Let's see, they are on the path with everything as much in place as possible, rested and tested. One game at a time, which is what it should be. The game will be tight a times BUT, can the Texans post 35-40 points like the Chiefs have in several games? I love it. This is what it truly is about, varied abilities with close matchups. That is the excitement.

Andy Reid is going to have to at least make it to the Super Bowl this year in order to keep his job. A lot of ppl may think I’m crazy after his teams performances over the last couple seasons...they have amazing stats and a great record during the regular season...and play great the first game or two of the playoffs. But lose in the AFC champ game. Some would say any coach with weapons like Mahomes and crew can succeed. He’ll need to atleast MAKE it to the big game. And next year he’ll have to WIN the big game

Andy Ried should be fired if we loose against the Texans period. His track record said it all that he'll deep throat a 38. Right now we have Travis that's questionable do to a knee issue and Chris Jones with a hamstring from what was announced and his on IR as well. Lifelong Eagles fan, so take my opinion for what it's worth: Reid has SEVERE brain farts in big games. I loved him as a coach but was glad when he moved on. I've enjoyed watching the Chiefs and I root for them because of Reid (and now Mahommes) but I won't believe they'll win a championship until I see it.

Update: Andy Reid coach smart during this game. He kept his team calm while the Texans gave them a quick two piece within 5min of the game. Calm and collected. Also made sure his QB wasn’t too full of himself when he reminded Mahomes he was the coach when Mahomes wanted to go for it on that 4th down. If you watch the game you’ll know what I’m talking about.

They are already setting up excuses for the Chiefs. This is the farthest both teams have ever been. If the Texans win it's because they are just better than the Chiefs and vice versa. I think the clock mgmt is more about players not being up-to-speed, or disorganized, etc. There's something underlying that, other than just clock management, which I see as more of a symptom than a persistent problem. Maybe it's because the system's too complicated, or you've got players who needed to settle themselves, and not as situationally aware as they ought to be.

Zero love for those Texans as always. 😂 Week ago everyone talking about how special that Bills defense was. Texans grind out a win and all of a sudden no one talking about the Bills. @j l Texans had banged up players as well No JJ Watt, No J Joe - All the secondary was a mess players gimpy or out, Texans did not have Hargreaves - Fuller was gimpy and still is for this game. Texans I believe do have enough fire power if you look at their offense with D Hop , Fuller , Kenny Stills , Carlos Hyde & Duke Johnson .. all these guys are high IQ players with experience - I think the big difference is Watson and what he brings in the crunch moments. Will be a great game because they know each other and could possibly become a playoff rivalry for years to come! Texans 34 - Chiefs 31 last team with possession wins.
