Thanks to you I developed a simple routine that I love! Hair wash day is Monday and I install two strand twist without extensions. I ensure to keep my hair moisturized throughout the week. On Sunday, I take my twists out and rock the twist out. Monday start the cycle again. For now, I’m loving this simple routine.

Great and very thorough information. When I started my journey I sought trusted recommendations, finding the right cosmetologist that specialized in healthy hair (more important than a good stylist). I put together my village of sisters with natural, healthy hair. We encouraged each other because there were occasional negative experiences. As you stated, hair health is tied to good nutrition and hydration and the avoiding of stress, as much as possible.
