Hello friends! Today I propose you a delicious homemade pasta prepared with durum wheat semolina, wheat flour and spinach in the dough.
Using the doses of my recipe you will get 750 g of pasta (which due to its shape is called "olive leaves") 🌿. I used 400 g of it to prepare the recipe that I show you in the video and which includes a tasty dressing with bacon, dried tomatoes, spinach and chopped walnuts.
If you want to amaze your guests, prepare this first course too, perfect even for holidays, including the New Year's menu!

🥣 Ingredients for the pasta
Remilled durum wheat semolina 400 g
Flour (type 0) 100 g
Warm water 120 ml
Spinach 100 g
Salt 2 g
1 tablespoon of olive oil
For the dressing:
Olive oil
shallot
bacon 150 g
white wine 40 ml
dried tomatoes 80 g
spinach
fresh cream 100 ml
5 walnuts
