Pork tenderloin is one of the best cuts of pork for a festive table. With a fancy filling, wrapped in bacon and baked in the oven (it doesn't take long), you have a great hot dish on the table. Guests will love this baked pork tenderloin with potatoes and peppers. Cooking with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
2 pork fillets weighing 600 g each
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tsp thyme
2 peppers
About 100 g of cream cheese
A bunch of parsley
2 garlic cloves (optional)
Mix well
About 100g cheese (I use a combination of two cheeses)
You can use cheddar or gouda
Bacon (about 300 g for two pieces of fillet)
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 pepper
Salt
paprika
Garlic powder
Black pepper
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Place in a roasting tin
It's best to place it on a baking tray next to the fillet pieces
Bake for 27-30 minutes at 180C top/bottom heat with circulating air
Or 190-200C without fan until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 63-64C
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tbsp honey
Core temperature of the pork fillet is 63°C
If necessary, add 50 ml of water or meat juice to the potatoes
Fry the potatoes until cooked through
Let the meat rest for 10 minutes
The meat becomes juicy and tender. It is important that it does not stay in the oven for too long
